Heavenly Father,

We come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up our brother, Mr. ###, who is currently working with ### and posted in ###, ###. Lord, You know the desires of his heart and the burdens he carries for his ailing parents. We ask for Your divine intervention in his situation.

Father, as the transfer season has begun, Mr. ### has received an order for transfer to ###, ###. He has sent an application for retention in ###, and we pray that the executives who will be making the decision understand his circumstances and show compassion. We ask that You move their hearts to retain him in ###, so he can continue to care for his parents.

Lord, Your Word says in Philippians 4:6-7, "Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus." We present this request to You, trusting in Your perfect will and timing.

We believe in Your power to perform miracles and ask that You grant Mr. ### the favor he needs to stay in ###. May Your peace guard his heart and mind as he waits for Your answer.

Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul.
