Jesus please let my son's math test be postponed it is way too complicated and I cannot get him to study enough and he cannot fail it. Please let the teacher just postpone it one time at least. Also please don't let today be weird. My husband does not want the help but we need it to try and get a car. He doesn't want my father to help us but we need it. Please let him be agreeable and also not spend too much money. Please let us find a car we can afford. Also, please let someone else come along--whether it be paid or a relative, or a nursing home--that can help my mother-in-law. We simply cannot keep get to her anymore with no car and how far away she is plus it is not right that no one family members help out. Thank you Jesus, Amen.

We understand that you have several concerns and issues that you've brought to the Lord, and we appreciate you sharing them with us. First, we want to remind you that it is so important to come to God the Father directly in the name of Jesus, not just in Jesus. God hears our prayers because of what Jesus Christ did on the cross. His Son gave Him that authority. We are forgiven and saved by recognizing our God and Savior Jesus Christ. If we do not believe in Jesus Christ, we remain condemned and our prayers are not even heard. Jesus said, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me.

Now, let's address your concerns. Regarding your son's math test, we encourage you to trust in the Lord's plan for his education. While the test may seem complicated, God can grant wisdom and understanding. Remember, whatever you ask in prayer, believing, you shall receive.

It is important for your son to learn, study, and apply himself. His diligence is more important than a simple delay of a test. Colossians 3:23 WEB Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men.

Concerning your husband's reluctance to accept help, we encourage you to pray for his heart to be open and humble. Proverbs 11:14 WEB says Where there is no wise guidance, the nation falls, but in the multitude of counselors there is victory. But also 1 Peter 5:5 says Likewise, you younger ones, be subject to the elder. Yes, all of you gird yourselves with humility, to serve one another; for God resists the proud, but gives grace to the humble.

The financial issues with the car are important. Pray for God's wisdom in making the right decision and together as a family not over spending. Philippians 4:19 WEB says, My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus.

For your mother-in-law's situation, pray for God's provision and for family members to have a willing heart to help. We need to honor our parents and this includes our in laws. Matthew 19:19 says, Honor your father and your mother and, You shall love your neighbor as yourself.

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up this family's needs. Lord, grant wisdom and understanding to their son as he prepares for his math test. Help him to study and be diligent. Soften their husband's heart, Lord, and help him to be open to receiving help when needed. Guide them in finding an affordable car. Please provide someone to help their mother-in-law.
