We understand that you're seeking spiritual cleansing and renewal, and we're here to pray with you and provide guidance from a biblical perspective. Firstly, it's important to note that you've done well by ending your prayer in Jesus' name. As it is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God. Jesus said, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me. (John 14:6). For there is no other name given among men by which we must be saved, (Acts 4:12 WEB).
In addressing your request, we need to be clear that our battle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the world rulers of this darkness, against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places. (Ephesians 6:12 WEB).
However, it's crucial to understand that believers are not to engage in practices or associations that may open doors to spiritual darkness. We are called to be holy and separate from the world. Do not be unequally yoked with unbelievers, for what fellowship do righteousness and iniquity have? Or what fellowship does light have with darkness? What agreement does Christ have with Beliar? Or what portion does a believer have with an unbeliever? Therefore come out from among them, and be separate, says the Lord. Touch no unclean thing. I will receive you. I will be to you a Father. You will be to me sons and daughters, says the Lord Almighty. (2 Corinthians 6:14-17, 7:1 WEB,).
We encourage you to examine the practices and associations you've been involved in. If they are not glorifying to God or are opening doors to spiritual darkness, it's important to repent and turn away from them.

Dear Lord Jesus,
We come before You, asking for spiritual cleansing and renewal for our fellow believer. Lord, we know that Your blood has the power to cleanse us from all unrighteousness. We pray that You will remove any ill effects and unclean spirits that may have gained access through past practices and associations.
Father God, we pray for an understanding of Your will through Your word and Your Spirit for this believer. Guide them in the way of holiness and righteousness. Strengthen them to resist any temptations that may come their way.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
Be encouraged by the words of Paul, Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus. (Philippians 4:6-7 WEB).
Stand firm in your faith, and always seek God's will in all your endeavors.
