My life is a sorry one. My husband died of cancer, then my son died in a car accident. My daughter and ### in law asked me to live with them, and after many years they are acting like they want me to go away. Please pray for me. I am scared and sad.

Let's remember, though, that God is always present with us, even in our darkest hours. As the Psalmist says, "Yahweh is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit" (Psalm 34:18 WEB).

In times like these, it's crucial to cling to God's promises. He assures us, "I will never leave you, nor forsake you" (Hebrews 13:5 WEB). Even when it feels like all else has failed, God is steadfast.

However, we must also address the situation with your daughter and son-in-law. The Bible teaches us to honor our parents. "Honor your father and your mother, that your days may be long in the land which Yahweh your God gives you" (Exodus 20:12 WEB). It may be helpful to communicate openly with them about how you feel, and perhaps seek reconciliation.

Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You today to lift up ###. Lord, she has been through so much, losing her husband and son, and now feeling unwelcome in her own daughter's home. Please comfort her with Your presence, Lord. Remind her that You are always with her, and that Your love for her is unfailing. Help her to find peace and strength in You. We also pray for her daughter and son-in-law, that their hearts may be softened, and that they may honor ### as Your Word instructs. Please bring healing and restoration to this family, in Jesus' name we pray. Amen.

###, we encourage you to continue trusting in God. He has a plan and a purpose for you. Also, if possible, seek out a local church community for support and fellowship. They can provide you with practical help and spiritual encouragement. Remember, it's through faith in Jesus Christ that we find hope and salvation. As it is written, "because if you confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved" (Romans 10:9 WEB). Keep holding onto Him.
