We understand that you are seeking deliverance from addiction and asking for God's forgiveness and healing. Remember, it is only through Jesus Christ that we have access to God. As it is written, For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus. 1 Timothy 2:5 WEB. And in no other is there salvation, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved! Acts 4:12 WEB.
In times of struggle, recall that God is faithful and will not allow you to be tempted beyond what you can bear. He will also provide a way out so that you can endure it, 1 Corinthians 10:13 WEB.
If you have not already, It is important to confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. 10 For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation. Romans 10:9-10 WEB
To be free from addiction, it is crucial to renew your mind with the Word of God. Romans 12:2 WEB says, "Don't be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, so that you may prove what is the good, well-pleasing, and perfect will of God." As you fill your mind with Scripture, you will find the strength to resist temptations and break free from addiction.

Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before you today, lifting up this dear one who is struggling with addiction. We confess that there is no other name by which we can be saved, but only by Jesus Christ. Lord, forgive them and cleanse them from all unrighteousness associated with this addiction.
Father, we ask that you grant them the strength to overcome this bondage. Help them to renew their mind with your Word and to resist the temptations that come their way. Guide them to resources and support systems that can aid in their journey to freedom.
Surround them with your love and peace, and give them the courage to take steps towards healing and restoration. In Jesus' mighty name, we pray. Amen.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
