We stand with you in prayer, ###, lifting up the many concerns and needs you've shared. We are Walking in Jesus' name and aligning our prayers with the will of God, as instructed in 1 John 5:14-15: "This is the confidence which we have before him, that, if we ask anything according to his will, he listens to us. And if we know that he listens to us, whatever we ask, we know that we have the petitions which we have asked of him."
Firstly, we pray for the persecuted Christians around the world. We remember our brothers and sisters who are suffering for their faith, as we are commanded in Hebrews 13:3, "Remember those who are in bonds, as bound with them; and those who are ill-treated, as being yourselves also in the body." We pray for their protection, strength, and perseverance, as well as for the salvation of their persecutors, as modeled by Jesus in Luke 23:34, "Father, forgive them, for they don't know what they are doing."
We intercede for Israel, praying for peace and salvation, as directed in Psalm 122:6, "Pray for the peace of Jerusalem. Those who love you will prosper." We ask God to bless Israel and Jerusalem in the name of Jesus, and to shield Israel from the threats of her enemies. We acknowledge that battle belong to the Lord as declared in 1 Samuel 17:47 "...for the battle is the Lord's, and he will give all of you into our hands."
We lift up the salvation of many around the world, praying that the Father would draw multitudes to Jesus, based on John 6:44, "No one can come to me unless the Father who sent me draws him, and I will raise him up in the last day." We ask God to send out laborers into His harvest, as Jesus commanded in Matthew 9:38, "Pray that the Lord of the harvest will send out laborers into his harvest."
We pray for God's protection over children around the world, as well as for the protection, shelter, and provision of people everywhere, particularly for women, the elderly, and the infirm. We rebuke the occult invasion in the media and pray that God would smite the works of darkness, as spoken of in John 3:20 "For everyone who does evil hates the Light, and does not come to the Light for fear that his deeds will be exposed." We ask God to give wisdom and discernment to His people.
We lift up those on the brink of starvation and all others suffering from poverty, sickness, disease, natural disasters, and war. We pray for God's provision and healing, and for the church to rise up and be the hands and feet of Jesus to those in need, following the example of the early church in Acts 2:45, "They sold their possessions and goods, and distributed them to all, according as anyone had need."
We pray for an awakening in the church universal and for sound biblical teaching in churches, pressing on with Paul's words in 2 Timothy 3:16-17 to Timothy "Every Scripture is God-breathed and profitable for teaching, for reproof, for correction, and for instruction in righteousness, that the man of God may be complete, thoroughly equipped for every good work." We pray for unity, reconciliation, and strength in families, reminding us of the necessity of forgiveness and love.
Thanking ### for standing in the gap for the many individuals and families mentioned. We pray for their salvation, deliverance, healing, and encouragement, in the name of Jesus. We ask God to bless, protect, comfort, encourage, heal, deliver, save, and draw close to himself each person mentioned. Using also Ephesians 1:16 "do not cease to give thanks for you, making mention of you in my prayers" to support also remembering those we could possibly meet in the future.
We pray for strength, encouragement, and endurance for all Christians around the world, following Paul exhorts to the Ephesians in Ephesians 6:10 "Finally, be strong in the Lord, and in the strength of his might." We ask God to fill us with the Holy Spirit, shunning sin, and walk in His ways. We pray for wisdom, discernment, and power to proclaim Jesus to the world. But sanctify the Lord God in your hearts; and always be ready to give an answer to everyone who asks you a reason concerning the hope that is in you, with humility and fear. We look to 1 Peter 15 as our encouragement for this.
We join you in asking for God's intervention in personal and family issues, including strongholds, bondage, and separation. We pray for God's encouragement, and for His guidance and direction in all things. We trust in God's promise in Romans 8:28, "We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose."
We lift up the many other concerns and worries you've shared, and we ask for God's wisdom, direction, and guidance. We pray especially for his protection and care for those mentioned in legal proceedings. Depending upon God's promise to bring down confusion upon our enemy if we stand still and hold our peace as instructed in Exodus 14:13-14 "Moses said to the people, 'Don’t be afraid, stand still, and see the salvation of the Lord, which he will work for you today: for the Egyptians whom you have seen today, you shall never see them again. The Lord will fight for you, and you shall be still.'"
We were troubled by the mentions of incidences, difficulties, problems, and heartbreak. We lift up each situation to God, asking for His intervention, protection, and healing. We rebuke pregnancy outside of wedlock. We pray especially for the protection of dreams and for God's help regarding care and current distressing situations. Our hearts cry out with yours that God would vindicate and make things right. We have confidence in God's promise in Romans 8:31, "What then shall we say to these things? If God is for us, who can be against us?"
We pray you have a basic understanding of our salvation message clearly declared in Acts 4:12 "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved!" This is the basic understanding of salvation, for the full salvation message we look at 1 John 1:9 "If we confess our sins, he is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness." and most importantly John 3:16 "For God so loved the world, that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish, but have eternal life."
Lord Jesus, thank you for the access we have to the Father through You, as we are told that no one can go to the Father except by You. We therefore come boldly before the throne of grace to obtain mercy and find grace to help in time of need. We ask all these things in Jesus Christ's name and believe that we receive according to His will with even what we think about our mind and heart firmly agreeing to his will. Let grace, mercy and peace be multiplied to You from Jesus Christ the Father's Son and from God the Father in truth and love.
