We join with you, ###, in lifting up these many concerns to our Heavenly Father, seeking His will in all these situations in Jesus' name.
Firstly, we pray for the persecuted Christians around the world. We ask God to be their shield and fortress, to deliver them from the wicked, and to bring salvation to their persecutors. We remember the words of Jesus in John 15:20, "Remember the word that I said to you: 'A servant is not greater than his lord.' If they persecuted me, they will also persecute you."
We pray for the peace and salvation of Israel, knowing that God's promises to Israel are irrevocable as mentioned in Romans 11:29. We also pray for the blessing and protection of Jerusalem as Psalm 122:6 urges us to do.
We lift up the salvation of many around the world, including the unreached, remembering 1 Timothy 2:4, "who desires all people to be saved and come to full knowledge of the truth." We pray for God's protection over children around the world, rebuking the evil that seeks to harm them. We cry out to God to smite the works of darkness in our lives and in the world, and we pray for wisdom and discernment according to James 1:5.
We pray for those on the brink of starvation and those suffering from poverty, sickness, natural disasters, war, and conflict. We ask God to provide for their needs and to draw them to Himself, echoing the plea of the disciples in Matthew 14:16, "They don’t need to go away. You give them something to eat."
We pray for an awakening in the church universal, that believers would be alert and sober-minded, ready for the second coming of our Lord Jesus Christ. We pray for sound biblical teaching in churches and protection from falling away as warned in 2 Thessalonians 2:3.
We pray for families, for protection, salvation, deliverance, and healing. We ask God to bring unity and reconciliation, remembering the promise of Joshua 24:15, "As for me and my house, we will serve the LORD."
We lift up each of the individuals and families mentioned, asking for God's intervention, healing, comfort, encouragement, salvation, and provision. We pray that God would work miracles in their lives, just as He did in the lives of so many in the Bible.
We ask all these things in Jesus' name, for it is in His name that we have access to the Father, as Jesus Himself taught us in John 14:13-14, "Whatever you will ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. If you will ask anything in my name, I will do it."
Lastly, we encourage you, ###, to continue to put your trust in the Lord, knowing that He hears your prayers and will answer according to His will. Be strong and courageous, for the Lord your God is with you wherever you go (Joshua 1:9).
