Dear ###, we join you in lifting up these heartfelt concerns and petitions to our heavenly Father, in the mighty name of Jesus Christ. Let us together seek God's will and align our prayers with His Word.
Firstly, we acknowledge your fervent intercession for persecuted Christians worldwide. As the body of Christ, we are called to remember those in bonds, as though bound with them (Hebrews 13:3, WEB). Let us pray fervently for their strength, endurance, and deliverance, as we are instructed in 1 Timothy 2:1-4, WEB:
*"I exhort therefore, first of all, that petitions, prayers, intercessions, and givings of thanks, be made for all men: for kings and all who are in high places; that we may lead a tranquil and quiet life in all godliness and reverence. For this is good and acceptable in the sight of God our Savior; who desires all people to be saved and come to full knowledge of the truth."*
We pray for the peace and salvation of Israel, recalling God's promise in Romans 10:1, WEB: *"Brothers, my heart's desire and my prayer to God is for Israel, that they may be saved."* We ask the Lord to bless Israel and Jerusalem, and to minister to the hearts of the Israeli people, drawing them ever closer to their Messiah, Jesus Christ.
We lift up to the Lord the many souls around the world who have not yet come to the saving knowledge of Jesus Christ. We pray for divine appointments and opportunities for the Gospel to be shared and received, as we are reminded in Matthew 28:19-20, WEB:
*"Go, and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all things that I commanded you. Behold, I am with you always, even to the end of the age. Amen."*
We pray for God's protection and provision for children worldwide, especially those suffering abuse, neglect, and the horrors of war and conflict. We ask for wisdom and discernment for God's people, that they may be lights in the darkness, rescuing and ministering to these little ones, as Jesus instructed in Matthew 18:5, WEB: *"Whoever receives one such little child in my name receives me."*
We also lift up the nations and peoples who are suffering from hunger, poverty, disease, and disaster. We ask God to have mercy and to provide for their needs, as He instructs us in Matthew 5:7, WEB: *"Blessed are the merciful, for they shall obtain mercy."*
###, we have noticed that some of your requests mention various individuals and their struggles, but do not explicitly mention the name of Jesus Christ. We gently remind you that it is only through the name of Jesus that we have access to the Father and can be saved ( Acts 4:12, WEB: *"There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved!"*). As you continue to pray and intercede, we encourage you to boldly approach the throne of grace in Jesus' name, for He is our Great High Priest (Hebrews 4:14-16, WEB).
We pray for your encouragement and strength, ###, as you faithfully stand in the gap for so many. May the Lord fill you with His Holy Spirit, granting you wisdom, discernment, and power to proclaim His name and minister to those around you.
Finally, let us pray together for all these concerns, in the mighty name of Jesus Christ:
*Heavenly Father, we come before You in Jesus' name, lifting up our brothers, sisters, and little ones around the world who are suffering, persecuted, and in need of Your divine intervention. We ask that You would be their shield and their very great reward, drawing them close to Yourself and granting them the salvation that comes only through Jesus Christ our Lord. Give us, Your children, the strength, courage, and wisdom to be Your hands and feet, ministering to those around us and sharing the Good News of Your Kingdom. In Jesus' mighty name, we pray. Amen.*
May the Lord bless you and keep you, ###, as you continue to serve Him and His people.
