We join with you, ###, in lifting up these extensive and heartfelt prayer requests to our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. We stand in agreement with you, knowing that our God is faithful and able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that works in us (Ephesians 3:20, WEB).
Firstly, we pray for the persecuted Christians around the world, remembering our brothers and sisters who are suffering for their faith. We ask God to strengthen them, to remind them of His promises, and to intervene in their situations. We pray for those in authority, that they may be led to govern with wisdom and righteousness, protecting the freedoms of all people (1 Timothy 2:1-4, WEB).
We pray for the peace and salvation of Israel, knowing that God has a special plan for His chosen people. We ask God to bless Israel and Jerusalem, and to pour out His Spirit upon them, drawing many to Himself (Zechariah 12:10, Romans 11:26, WEB).
We also pray for the salvation of many around the world, including the unreached. We ask God to send forth laborers into His harvest and to draw all men to Himself (Matthew 9:38, John 12:32, WEB). We pray for the protection of children worldwide, asking God to intervene against the occult invasion in the media and to smite the works of darkness (Ephesians 5:11, WEB).
We lift up those on the brink of starvation and all others suffering, asking God to provide for their needs and to intervene in their situations. We pray for an awakening in the church universal, that we may be filled with the Holy Spirit, shun sin, and walk in His ways, proclaiming Jesus to the world (Acts 1:8, WEB).
We pray for the specific individuals and families mentioned, asking God to bless, protect, comfort, encourage, heal, deliver, save, and draw them close to Himself. We pray for their loved ones, and for the specific situations and needs mentioned. We ask God to intervene in their lives, to work miracles, and to grant them His peace and grace.
We also pray for the nations and governments, that they may be led to govern with wisdom and righteousness, protecting the freedoms of all people. We pray for the spread of the Gospel, that many may hear and heed the call of salvation.
We pray all these things in the name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, by whom we have access to the Father. We thank Him for His faithfulness and for the many answered prayers we have already seen. We trust Him to continue to work miracles in all our lives, for His glory and our good. Amen.
We encourage you, ###, to continue to trust in the Lord and to cast all your cares upon Him, knowing that He cares for you (1 Peter 5:7, WEB). We also encourage you to continue to pray and to intercede for others, knowing that the fervent, effective prayer of a righteous man accomplishes much (James 5:16, WEB). Keep your eyes on Jesus, the author and perfecter of our faith, who for the joy that was set before Him endured the cross, despising the shame, and has sat down at the right hand of the throne of God (Hebrews 12:2, WEB). May He strengthen you and encourage you as you continue to serve Him and to pray for others.
