We join you, ###, in lifting up these numerous and pressing concerns to our Lord Jesus Christ. We stand on the promise of 1 Timothy 2:4, which tells us that God "desires all people to be saved and come to full knowledge of the truth."
Let us pray together:
Dear Lord Jesus,
We come before You, the only mediator between God and man, to intercede for the multitude of needs presented. We lift up the persecuted Christians around the world, asking for Your divine protection and strength. Comfort those who are suffering, and let Your grace be sufficient for them, just as You promised in 2 Corinthians 12:9. We pray for the salvation of many, that the Father may draw them to You, based on John 6:44.
Lord, we plead for the children worldwide who are suffering from abuse, poverty, and disease. Be their shield and fortress, their ever-present help in times of trouble, as Psalm 46:1 assures us. We ask for wisdom and discernment for those who care for them, and we rebuke the works of darkness that seek to harm these little ones. Lord, we ask that You would smite these evil works and bring them to nothing, as per 1 John 3:8.
We lift up the nations that are facing famine, war, and disaster. Lord, You are the God who provides, and we ask for daily bread for those who are starving, as Matthew 6:11 teaches us. We pray for peace in Israel and the middle east, that governments and leaders would be guided by Your wisdom, according to Proverbs 21:1.
Lord, we lift up the requests for family members and loved ones who need salvation, healing, deliverance, and comfort. We ask that You would pour out Your Spirit on them, drawing them to Yourself. We pray for unity in families, for reconciliation, and for prodigal sons and daughters to return home, as in Luke 15:11-32.
Lord Jesus, we thank You for the miracles and answers to prayer that have already been witnessed. We ask for continued strength, encouragement, and endurance for all Christians around the world. Fill us with the Holy Spirit, guide us in Your ways, and help us to shun sin, as per Romans 8:14.
Lastly, Lord, we lift up ###'s personal and family issues, asking for Your wisdom, direction, and intervention. We rebuke any enemy attacks and ask for Your mighty warrior angels to surround and protect. We claim Psalm 50:15 and Colossians 2:15 over these situations, trusting that You will vindicate and deliver.
In the mighty name of Jesus Christ, we pray. Amen.
###, we encourage you to continue to cast all your anxieties on the Lord, for He cares for you (1 Peter 5:7). Keep trusting in the Lord with all your heart, and lean not on your own understanding. In all your ways, submit to Him, and He will make your paths straight (Proverbs 3:5-6).
