We stand with you in prayer for these numerous and pressing needs, lifting each request to our Lord Jesus Christ. Let us begin by thanking God for His ever-present help and intervention in the lives of believers. As it is written in Colossians 2:15, "having disarmed the powers and authorities, he made a public spectacle of them, triumphing over them by the cross."
Firstly, let us address the global situations of persecution, war, and suffering:
### Persecuted Christians
Father, we lift up the persecuted Christians around the world. As staggering numbers continue to rise, we pray for their strength, protection, and courage. Just as the early church prayed in Acts 4:29-30, "Now, Lord, look on their threats, and grant to your servants that with all boldness they may speak your word, by stretching out your hand to heal; and that signs and wonders may be done through the name of your holy servant Jesus."
### Israel
Lord Jesus, we ask for Your peace and salvation for the people of Israel. In a time of great tension, we cling to Your promises. We bless Israel and Jerusalem in Your name, Lord Jesus, and ask for Your protection and guidance. As Psalm 122:6 says, "Pray for the peace of Jerusalem. May those who love you be secure."
### Salvation and Revival
Father, we pray for a great awakening and salvation for many around the world. May the Father draw many to Jesus, as it is written in 1 Timothy 2:4, "who desires all people to be saved and to come to the knowledge of the truth." We also pray for those who have not heard the Gospel, including the 3 billion unreached.
### Protection of Children
Dear Lord, we plead for Your protection and intervention for the children around the world. We ask for an end to abuse, suffering, and exploitation.
