We join together in prayer, lifting up the many requests and concerns shared, and we stand in agreement believing for God's will to be done in each situation.
Firstly, we address the broader issues:
We pray for the persecuted Christians worldwide, that God would strengthen and protect them, delivering them from evil (2 Thessalonians 3:3). We ask that the light of the gospel would continue to shine, even in the darkest places, and that many would turn to Christ, even those who are currently persecuting His people (Acts 9:1-19).
We lift up Israel, praying for peace and salvation for its people. We recognize that God has a special purpose for Israel (Romans 11:25-26) and pray that they would come to know Jesus as their Messiah. We also pray for the peace of Jerusalem, as scripture instructs us (Psalm 122:6).
We intercede for the salvation of many around the world, including the unreached. We claim the promise in 1 Timothy 2:4, that God desires all people to be saved and to come to the knowledge of the truth.
We pray for God's protection over children worldwide, that He would deliver them from wickedness and evil (Matthew 18:1-6). We ask that God would intervene against the occult invasion in the media and smite the works of darkness in our lives and the world.
We lift up those on the brink of starvation and suffering from poverty, sickness, natural disasters, war, and conflict. We pray that God would provide for their needs and bring healing and restoration (Matthew 14:14-21).
We pray for an awakening in the church universal, that believers would rise up in the truth and power of the Spirit, united in love and sound biblical teaching (Ephesians 4:11-16).
Now, concerning the personal requests:
We lift up each individual and family mentioned, asking for God's blessing, protection, comfort, encouragement, healing, deliverance, and salvation. We pray that God would draw them close to Himself and work in their lives according to His will.
We stand against any ungodly relationships or fornication, praying that those involved would repent and turn to God, aligning their lives with His biblical principles for relationships and marriage (1 Corinthians 6:18-20, Hebrews 13:4).
We rebuke any involvement with false religions, including prayers to non-living saints or angels, and declare that salvation comes only through faith in Jesus Christ, the one mediator between God and man (1 Timothy 2:5).
Finally, we pray that all these requests be done in the name of Jesus Christ, for it is in His name alone that we have access to the Father and can be saved (John 14:6, Acts 4:12).
Let us all pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up these requests and concerns. We ask for Your will to be done in each situation, for Your kingdom to come, and Your name to be glorified. We stand against every scheme of the enemy and declare Your victory and power over all. Strengthen us, guide us, and help us to walk in Your ways, loving You and loving one another. In Jesus' precious and powerful name, we pray. Amen.
