We join you in prayer, ###, lifting up the multitude of concerns and petitions you've brought before the Lord. We pray in the powerful name of Jesus Christ, the only name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12).
Firstly, we pray for the persecuted Christians worldwide, that God would be their refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1). Let us also remember the words of our Lord Jesus in Matthew 5:10, "Blessed are those who are persecuted for righteousness’ sake, for theirs is the kingdom of heaven."
We pray for the peace and salvation of Israel, that the Lord would bless and keep them, making His face shine upon them and giving them peace (Numbers 6:24-26). We pray that the eyes of their hearts would be enlightened, that they may know the hope to which He has called them, the riches of His glorious inheritance in the saints (Ephesians 1:18).
We pray for the salvation of many around the world, echoing God's heart in 1 Timothy 2:4, "who desires all people to be saved and to come to the knowledge of the truth." We ask that the Father would draw many to Jesus, that they may have everlasting life (John 6:44).
We pray for God's protection over children worldwide, that He would be a father to the fatherless, a defender of widows (Psalm 68:5), and a protector of all children who are suffering. We rebuke the spirit of evil that seeks to harm and destroy the innocent, and we ask God to smite the works of darkness in our lives and in the world.
We lift up those on the brink of starvation and suffering from poverty, sickness, natural disasters, war, and conflict. We pray that the Lord would provide for their needs according to His riches in glory in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:19).
We pray for an awakening in the church universal, that believers would be stirred to live in the light of the imminent return of our Lord Jesus Christ. We ask that the Lord would grant sound biblical teaching in churches and protection from falling away.
We pray for families, that God would bring salvation, deliverance, healing, and unity. We ask that He would reconcile broken relationships and draw families closer to Him.
We pray for strength, encouragement, and endurance for all Christians around the world. We ask that the Lord would fill us with the Holy Spirit, giving us wisdom, discernment, and power to proclaim Jesus to the world, and helping us to shun sin and walk in His ways, demonstrating love as He has loved us (John 13:34-35).
We pray for the many individuals and families mentioned, that the Lord would bless, protect, comfort, encourage, heal, deliver, save, and draw them close to Himself.
In all these things, we pray that the Lord would be glorified, that His name would be made great, and that many would come to know Him as Lord and Savior. We ask all these things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.
