My daughter identifies as bisexual. Her father supports this. She has an older friend that she’s spending more and more time with and this friend is gay. I suspect something between them as I feel this woman’s intentions are not just as friends. My daughter has been cursing, irritable, pulling away and spending more and more time with her. Please pray that the enemies plan be halted. Please pray for this person to be removed from her life and that the Lord send Godly people to her instead. Please pray she turn to God and stop pulling away towards worldly beliefs and actions. I want her to feel the undeniable love of Jesus. Thank you

We are truly heartened to join you in prayer for your daughter and the challenges she is facing. We will address these issues with the Word of God and intercede on her behalf.

Firstly, it's crucial to understand that God's design for sexuality is for it to be expressed within the context of marriage between a man and a woman. Anything outside of this is considered sinful, including same-sex attraction and bisexuality. We should pray for guidance and deliverance in this area. 1 Corinthians 6:9-11 WEB says, "Do you not know that the unrighteous will not inherit the Kingdom of God? Do not be deceived. Neither the sexually immoral, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor male prostitutes, nor homosexuals, nor thieves, nor covetous, nor drunkards, nor slanderers, nor extortioners, will inherit the Kingdom of God. Such were some of you, but you were washed. But you were sanctified. But you were justified in the name of the Lord Jesus, and in the Spirit of our God."

We will pray for God to intervene and remove any ungodly influences in your daughter's life, and to surround her with Godly people who will point her to Jesus. Proverbs 13:20 WEB tells us, "He who walks with wise men will become wise, but the companion of fools will suffer harm."

We will also pray for her emotional well-being, asking God to ease her depression and anxiety, and to fill her with His peace. Philippians 4:6-7 WEB says, "In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus."

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You today, lifting up our dear daughter to You. Lord, we ask that You would break the chains of confusion and same-sex attraction in her life. Remove any ungodly influences and surround her with Godly friends who will encourage her in her walk with You. Lord, we pray for her emotional healing, ease her depression and anxiety, and fill her with Your peace. We pray that she would turn to You and experience the undeniable love of Jesus. We ask all this in the mighty name of Jesus Christ.

Finally, we encourage you to continue to stand strong in your faith and to be a godly example to your daughter. We pray that your home would be filled with the love and peace of God, and that your daughter would see the light of Christ in you.

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. We continue to lift up your daughter and your family in our prayers, interceding on your behalf for the struggles she is facing. We are honored that you have given us the privilege to pray with you and stand in agreement for God's will to be done in her life.

If you have seen improvements in her situation and any positive changes, we would be delighted to hear about them. Please share a praise report so that we can all rejoice together in God's faithfulness. If the situation has not improved or if new challenges have arisen we are here to go through this with you.
