Suitable partner for marriage for my daughters

Please pray for both my daughters they are of marriageable age and yet don't seem to be interested in marriage nor have found any partner.
I am a single parent and my marriage which was a love marriage was a disaster I feel it may have affected their decision in a big way. I wish and pray the best for them and also wish they find the right partner and settle down and have a successful marriage.

My mother's taunts about them remaining without finding anyone is terrible to hear.

Lord please let them find a suitable loving and a caring partner in your time and whom you have chosen for them. I break every negative word said to my girls by my mother and anyone else in your holy name. please pray for my girls.

We understand your concern for your daughters and their future. We will pray and seek God's will for their lives together. Firstly, we notice that you have not mentioned the name of Jesus Christ. It is only by His name that we have access to God. The Bible says For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus

In 1 Timothy 2:5 WEB. There is no other name by which we can be saved. As stated in Acts 4:12 WEB, There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved. Therefore, we pray this in Jesus' name.

Let's address the issues raised. It is important to remind ourselves that God's design for marriage is a lifelong commitment between a man and a woman, as outlined in the Bible. In Genesis 2:24 WEB, a man shall leave his father and his mother, and shall join with his wife, and they shall be one flesh.

We should encourage your daughters to pursue relationships that align with biblical principles and have marriage as their goal. It is also crucial to address the impact of your past marriage on your daughters' views. While it was a difficult experience, it is essential to trust that God can heal and restore. In Psalm 147:3 WEB, He heals the brokenhearted, and binds up their wounds.

Now, let us pray for your daughters:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up the daughters of the one who submitted this request. We pray that You heal any past hurts from their parents' marriage and help them trust and hope in You. In Jeremiah 29:11 WEB, You say, For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says Yahweh, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you hope in your latter end.

We pray that You guide them, and if it is Your will, lead them to godly spouses who will love and care for them as Christ loved the church. We rebuke any negative words or taunts spoken over them and pray that You bless them with successful marriages that honor You. In Ephesians 5:25 WEB, Husbands, love your wives, even as Christ also loved the assembly, and gave himself up for it.

We also pray for the one who submitted this request, that You give them peace and wisdom to support their daughters in Your will. In Philippians 4:6-7 WEB, have no anxiety, but in everything by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus.

We pray all this in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord, and Savior. Amen.

Lastly, we encourage you to continue praying and trusting in God for your daughters' future. Be of good courage, and he shall strengthen your heart, all you who hope in Yahweh. In Psalm 31:24 WEB.

We also rebuke of the use of the word partner, relationship, and boyfriend or girlfriend. A boyfriend or girlfriend should be considered courtship with the goal being marriage to another Christian Believer. Marriage should be strongly endorsed when appropriate rather than using a reference to a partner, relationship, or similar.

We also rebuke you for your lack of biblical understanding of marriage and pray that you would be praying and guiding your daughters appropriately. Do not be afraid to raise controversy or raise a subject that needs to be explicitly addressed when discussing with your daughters about marriage. We pray that you would be granted wisdom and understanding in Jesus' name.

We're here for you and your daughters. We've been praying for them, asking God to guide their hearts and bring the right partners into their lives in His perfect timing. We know it's tough, but remember, God's got a plan for each of them, and it's a good one (Jeremiah 29:11). Let's keep trusting Him, even when we don't see the answers yet.
