We are sorry to hear about your discomfort, ###, and we are here to pray and believe with you for healing. We know that God is faithful and that His will is for us to be in health.
Firstly, we want to remind you to call on Jesus directly in your prayer. In John 14:6 WEB it says "Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me." And also, in Acts 4:12 WEB we find "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved!"
Let's pray together:
"Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, your Son. We ask You to touch ###'s body and heal him of this sore throat and runny nose. By Your stripes, Jesus, we believe ### has been healed. Thank You, Father, for Your healing power and for loving and caring for ###. We pray he is strengthened by this situation, has a testimony in this experience, and can give others faith in the Lord. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."
We encourage you, ###, be hopeful and patient in your situation. In James 5:15-16 WEB it says "...and the prayer of faith will heal him who is sick, and the Lord will raise him up. If he has committed sins, he will be forgiven. Confess your offenses to one another, and pray for one another, that you may be healed. The effective, earnest prayer of a righteous man is powerfully effective."
Also, remember the importance of praising God not only during good times but in difficult times as well. Continue to worship Him and trust in His goodness and plan for your life.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
