We are truly saddened to hear about the injustice and harassment you are facing, and we stand with you in prayer and support. Let us first address this in prayer.
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You today to lift up our brother/sister who is suffering from racism and harassment. We ask, Lord, that You would surround them with Your favor as a shield, and protect them from the evil intentions of these bullies (Psalm 5:12). We pray that You would expose the lies and malicious acts, and that the truth would prevail (Numbers 32:23). We also pray for these individuals who are causing harm, that their hearts would be changed and they would come to know You, Lord (Ezekiel 36:26).
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
We want to encourage you to stay strong in your faith and trust that God is your defender (Psalm 18:2). Remember the words of the Apostle Paul in Romans 12:17-19, "Donโt repay anyone evil for evil. Consider what is good from the sight of all men. If it is possible, as much as it is up to you, be at peace with all men. Donโt seek revenge yourselves, beloved, but give place to Godโs wrath. For it is written, 'Vengeance belongs to me; I will repay, says the Lord.'"
It is crucial to document every incident and report them to the appropriate authorities. Also, gather evidence and confide in trusted friends, family, or professionals who can support you.
Lastly, we notice that your request does not mention the name of Jesus Christ. We want to remind you that it is through His name that we have access to God (John 14:6), and that "in all that you do, do everything in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God the Father through him" (Colossians 3:17). If you haven't already, we encourage you to cultivate a personal relationship with Jesus Christ, for He is our ultimate protector and savior.
