Sudden blindness and Hallucinations

My dad for almost a year has become blind and have become violent because he says he sees invisible beings coming to attack him with weapons, spraying items into his food and sometimes sleeping with him. And also accusing my mom of sleeping with that same being.

We are truly sorry to hear about the difficult situation your family is facing. Let's first address the spiritual aspects of this situation before discussing the practical steps you should take.

First, it is important to recognize that our battle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms. We need to put on the full armor of God so that you can take your stand against the devil's schemes. In this case, it seems like your father may be experiencing spiritual attacks or influences. Therefore, it is important to remember the power and authority we have in the name of Jesus Christ. The bible tells us: Behold, I give you the authority to trample on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy, and nothing will in any way hurt you. Nevertheless, do not rejoice in this, that the spirits are subject to you, but rejoice that your names are written in heaven. (Luke 10:19-20 WEB) It is only by the name of Jesus that we can have access to God. The bible tells us For There is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved. Salvation is found in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given to mankind by which we must be saved. Let's pray for your father and the family.

Heavenly Father, we come before you in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our brother and his family to you. Lord Jesus, you know the suffering and chaos, and the enemies we cannot see. Lord, we ask for your divine intervention in this situation. We rebuke any evil spirits that may be influencing this man's mind and body. We command them to leave in the name of Jesus Christ. Lord, we ask for peace and clarity for him. We pray for your healing power to touch your body and restore his sight. We also pray for unity and strength for the family during this difficult time. Father this Junior needs to have placed the full armor of God on him as part of equipping him to fight this spiritual battle. Please guide the family to the right medical professionals and give them wisdom and discernment as they seek help. Keep them safe from any harm or danger. Help the other family members present to be filled with the Holy Spirit for comfort, encouragement, guidance and self-control. In Jesus Christ's name, we pray.

Now, let's address the practical steps you should take. It's crucial to seek medical attention for your father immediately. This could be a medical condition that requires professional help. Do you know if the invisible beings and being that he thinks is doing these things to him is caused by a physical head injury, spiritual problem, drug side effects, or a mental illness, for example schizophrenia, are some causes of hallucinations. This event is not necessarily a spiritual event alone; although, we need to rule out drugs and an accompanying mental for physical ailment. We also need to find a valuable, credible medical doctor, psychiatrist, and a pastor or counselor so they can all be in agreement and work together to determine what the problem is and coordinate his care.

It is also important to provide some corrections as there is no mention of the name Jesus, Jesus Christ, or Christ in the prayer. This is important because it is only through the name of Jesus that we can be saved, and it is only in His Name that we can be saved.
