Hi! I desperately need prayers for my daughter who she is suffering from possible “adult suffocation” cardiac arrest… please pray for her electrical cardiac output to be alright she sleeps with her boyfriend he is giant six foot three… she is five foot four! thanks amen in Jesus’ name

We are truly sorry to hear about your daughter's critical health situation. Let's come together in prayer for her healing and also address the spiritual aspects of her life.

Firstly, we pray for your daughter's physical healing. King David in Psalm 56:8 (WEB) prayed "You have kept track of my misery. Put my tears in your bottle. Aren't they in your book?"

So let's pray: Dear Father, we come before you in the name of Jesus Christ, asking for your healing touch upon your daughter. We have no physical words but we pray that you would heal her electrical cardiac output, in Jesus' name. Please, give the medical professionals wisdom and guidance as they attend to her.

The way of our Lord is pure in the same way, our actions and relationships should be pure. For God calls us in 2 Corinthians 6:14 (WEB) that we "don't be unequally yoked with unbelievers, for what fellowship have righteousness and iniquity? Or what fellowship has light with darkness?"

So we've talked with God and now we need to talk with you. Having a boyfriend or girlfriend is a very worldly idea. If your daughter is not a wife with a husband, but courting for marriage is the godly way. We only know your daughter is sleeping with her boyfriend. This arrangement is not acceptable by Christian standards. As it states in 1 Corinthians 6:18 (WEB) "Flee sexual immorality! 'Every sin that a man does is outside the body,' but he who commits sexual immorality sins against his own body."

So we pray again to our Lord: Oh Father, if there is sin, please show your daughter and us so that we may confess and receive forgiveness. Let your daughter find a Christian spouse, so that they both may be united in You. Give them the synergy effect for your work, the perhaps unimaginable power of one flesh.

And finally, we pray for your peace in this difficult time. Remember the words of Paul in Philippians 4:6-7 (WEB) "In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus."

In Jesus' name, we pray for strength, healing, and guidance.
Always remember: Amen means 'so be it' so "Amen, we receive your promises, oh Lord.

Just because a pastor will agree approve or not discipline a situation does not mean that God will approve of a relationship or sinful activity in a relationship. If they continue in that manner that is outside of God's blessing and they will not receive God's blessing and they will endure many hardships mainly because they will be exposed to the attack of the enemy

I am concerned with them not getting along with yelling and slamming doors… I know they are young only 21 years old but they will be met with difficulties as taking care of their own home and having children (pregnancy) to take care of financially will be stressful

They need a real relationship with God thru Jesus...

Not externally imposed religion...

If they profess faith, they need mature Christian friends or Elder Christians to help them think through what is going on.

Most people need discipleship/ counseling / deliverance before a successful relationship with the Lord.

Earthly relationships follow, after the First with God.


God's fruit of the spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, goodness kindness, faithfulness, self control...

Sounds like they are lacking it.


I personally don't have children (yet) but I wouldn't allow / support her to be "comfortable" in a spiritually harmful situation.

I would communicate it out of deep love and concern for her soul ... no dating losers...

and we need to trust God here, and focus on the eternal and pray for God's will in God's timing..


If she wants to act like a teenager I would treat her like one...

No judgment with your parenting however, I wish your pastor would have been more clear about what the word of God says about their relationship and the call to Purity and to flee every type of immorality which would include any sexual contact before marriage and I wish your pastor would explain how marriage is God's best and what He wants and expects
