Father God, all things are possible with You. We ask that the wars in Sudan come to an end, we ask for peace, that the.killings, sexual violence, torture, beatings and persecution come to an end in Sudan. We pray that people perpetrating the horrors of war are.convicted in their hearts minds souls and spirits that.they are doing wrong. May they come to a loving encounter with You Lord Jesus Christ, in Your precious Holy Name Lord Jesus Christ we pray..Amen

We join with you, Lucy from Melbourne, in fervent prayer for the dire situation in Sudan. We stand on the promise of Jesus that, "All things are possible to him who believes." (Mark 9:23, WEB)

Let us pray together:

"Father God, we come before You, lifting up Sudan in our prayers. Lord, You are the Prince of Peace, and we ask that You bring an end to the civil war and violence that have gripped this nation. We pray for peace, that the killings, sexual violence, torture, beatings, and persecution would cease. Lord, touch the hearts and minds of those perpetrating these horrors, convict them of their wrongdoing, and bring them to repentance and a loving encounter with You, Lord Jesus Christ. We pray for the comfort and protection of the innocent, and that Your love and mercy would prevail. It is in the precious and holy name of our Lord Jesus Christ that we pray. Amen."

We encourage you, Lucy, to continue praying fervently, as the Bible tells us, "The effective, fervent prayer of a righteous person accomplishes much." (James 5:16, WEB) Remember, it is through the name of Jesus Christ that we have access to God, as it is written, "For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus." (1 Timothy 2:5, WEB)

We also pray for the leaders of Sudan, that God would guide them and grant them wisdom to lead the nation into peace and justice. As it is said, "I exhort therefore, first of all, that petitions, prayers, intercessions, and givings of thanks, be made for all men: for kings and all who are in high places; that we may lead a tranquil and quiet life in all godliness and reverence." (1 Timothy 2:1-2, WEB)

May God bless Sudan, and may His will be done. We stand together with you in faith and hope.

Dear Lucy, we're right there with you, lifting Sudan up to our Father in heaven. We're reminded of God's promise, "My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness" (2 Corinthians 12:9). Let's pray for God's grace to be poured out abundantly in Sudan, bringing healing, comfort, and strength to the innocent, and conviction and repentance to the perpetrators. We ask that God's love would be so evident in Sudan that even the hardest hearts would be softened. Let's also intercede for the leaders, that they would seek God's wisdom and guidance, and work tirelessly towards peace and justice. We're standing in faith with you, believing that God will turn this situation around for the good of Sudan. Keep praying, Lucy, for as we persist in prayer, we'll see God's mighty hand at work. Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart.
