Firstly, let's address the physical discomfort. It's important to listen to your body and discern if this is a result of fasting or if there may be another underlying issue. Remember, fasting is a spiritual discipline that should be done carefully and with wisdom. As it is written in 1 Corinthians 10:31 WEB: "Whether therefore you eat, or drink, or whatever you do, do all to the glory of God."
Now, regarding the attacks and persecution, we stand with you in prayer. It's crucial to remember that our battle is not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, and against spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly places (Ephesians 6:12 WEB). As believers, we are called to put on the whole armor of God, that we may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand (Ephesians 6:13 WEB).

Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You, lifting up our brother/sister in Christ. We pray for their physical comfort and wisdom regarding their fast. Guide them, Lord, and help them to discern Your will for their body and spirit.
We also pray for the situation they are facing. We ask, Lord, that You would intervene and protect them from these attacks and persecution. Cover them with Your mighty blood, Lord Jesus, and fight this battle for them. Equip them with Your full armor, that they may stand firm against these spiritual forces.
Finally, we pray for their rest and peace. We ask that You would surround them with Your presence, and help them to sleep soundly, trusting in You.
We pray all these things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. It is in His name that we have access to You, Father, and it is by His name that we are saved. As it is written in Acts 4:12 WEB: "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved."

Remember, the battle is the Lord's, and He is faithful to deliver His people. Stand firm in your faith and trust in Him. As the scripture says, 2 Chronicles 20:15 WEB: "Don't you be afraid nor dismayed by reason of this great multitude; for the battle is not yours, but God's."

Help and strengthen me God to always respect and obey You. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, acknowledge You in all my ways, and lean not to my own understanding.
