Successful termination

Please pray for me as I have a dismissal meeting coming up at work. While I live my job and am very sad to not remain with my class, I need this meeting to go well regarding an exit package. For my mental health it is no longer sensible/even safe to continue working under the situation. I am praying for help that my years of hard work, kindness, professionalism and the value I had in attracting clients due to my experience and style of teaching will be appreciated and that the termination will go smoothly with a fair severance pay as well as late notice compensation as schools had shut for the summer by the time I was informed I would not be working with the school next year. I pray they give me a fair notice payment, holidays and a completion of year bonus along with loss of salary should I be too late in finding a job for September. Please pray that I quickly find a new teaching job nearer to my home so I don't miss so much of my daughters day. I pray for a relief from having bills that supass my monthly salary. Please pray that my meeting goes my way and is rewaibith financially and emotionally and psychologically. Thank you.

We come before You with hearts full of faith and trust in Your divine provision. We lift up this dear one who is facing a dismissal meeting at work. Lord, You know the intricate details of this situation, and we ask for Your guidance and favor to be upon this meeting.

Your Word tells us in Philippians 4:6-7, "In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus." Lord, we pray for Your peace to envelop and guard this person's heart and mind during this challenging time.

Father, we ask that the years of hard work, kindness, and professionalism be recognized and appreciated. May the exit package be fair and just, including severance pay, notice payment, holidays, and any completion of year bonuses. We also pray for swift and suitable employment opportunities to arise, closer to home, so that more time can be spent with the daughter.

In Psalm 37:4, Your Word says, "Also delight yourself in Yahweh, and he will give you the desires of your heart." Lord, we pray that You grant the desires of this person's heart, providing financial relief and stability. May the meeting be rewarding emotionally, psychologically, and financially.

We trust in Your perfect plan and timing, Lord, and we thank You for Your unwavering love and support. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
