Please pray that my friend ###, my officemate, will have a successful kidney surgery in the coming weeks and most importantly, that her family will be in good health.
Successful Kidney Surgery

Let's come together in prayer for this important request. We lift up the need for successful kidney surgery and healing.
Firstly, it is very important to pray in the name of Jesus Christ. For Scripture tells us that we can only go to the Father in the name of Jesus. It is the only name under heaven by which we are saved.
Let's pray:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in Jesus Christ, lifting up our friend and the friend of our coworker who is preparing for kidney surgery. You are called the Sun of Righteousness who rises with healing in his wings. We ask You, Lord, to guide the doctors' hands and bring complete healing and recovery. Help her to be strong and courageous and put her hope in You.
We also pray for her family, Father. We ask that You surround them with Your peace and keep them in good health. Help them to trust in You during this time. Help them to always remember that You said "I will never leave thee, nor forsake thee." Help them to remember that You are in control no matter what.
Father God, remember her husband if she has one, and children if she has any. Help them not to worry and to keep them healthy. Help everyone involved to look at this as a family unit. For we read in your word that "though one may be overpowered by another, two can withstand him. And a threefold cord is not quickly broken."
Lord, we also pray that through this trial, she and her family would draw closer to You, trusting in Your goodness and faithfulness. In Jesus name. Amen.
We encourage everyone involved to be careful to avoid placing blame on God, but to be a witness and a testimony to the power of God. Remember the promise of God that came through the mouth of the prophet Jeremiah where it says, "'For I know the plans that I have for you,' declares Yahweh, 'plans for peace, and not for calamity, to give you hope and a future.
Rejoice in the Lord always and again we say rejoice. In the name of Jesus Christ pray and do not lose hope. We read in your word where it says "The LORD is my light and my salvation--whom shall I fear? The LORD is the stronghold of my life--of whom shall I be afraid?"

Guide the doctors' hands, comfort her heart, and give her strength to face this trial. We pray that she would trust in You, knowing that You are always by her side.
We also lift up her family, Lord. Be their peace, their comfort, their strength. Help them to trust in You, to find hope in Your promises. Remind them that You are always in control, no matter what they face.
Lord, if she has a husband and children, wrap Your arms around them too. Give them peace, give them health, and help them to stand together as a family. We know that where two or three are gathered in Your name, You are there with them.
And through all of this, Lord, we pray that she and her family would draw closer to You. Help them to see Your goodness, to trust in Your faithfulness. Use this trial to deepen their relationship with You.
In Your precious name, Jesus, we pray. Amen."
