Lord, I ask that you give me the job that I interviewed for September 2, 2024. I pray that the hiring committee chooses me when the results come out this week. We understand your desire for success in your job interview, Jada, and we join you in seeking God's will for your life. It's important to remember that God's plans are always good, pleasing, and perfect (Romans 12:2 WEB), even if they don't align with our immediate desires.

Firstly, we want to address that your prayer does not mention the name of Jesus Christ. It's crucial to remember that we have access to God only through Jesus Christ. As it is written, "For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus" (1 Timothy 2:5 WEB). So, we pray that you have accepted Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior, and if not, we encourage you to do so.

We pray for you, Jada, that the Lord guides the decision of the hiring committee and that His will be done in your life. We ask that God, in His infinite wisdom and love, grants you a job that aligns with His purpose for you, whether it's the one you interviewed for or another opportunity He has prepared for you.

"Delight yourself also in the LORD, and he will give you the desires of your heart. Commit your way to the LORD. Trust also in him, and he will do this" (Psalm 37:4-5 WEB). We encourage you to continue to delight in the Lord and trust in His timeline and plans for your life.

We also pray that God grants you peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7 WEB), regardless of the outcome. Remember that God's peace is not dependent on circumstances but on His presence in our lives.

Lastly, we want to leave you with this verse: "Whatever you do, in word or in deed, do all in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God the Father, through him" (Colossians 3:17 WEB). As you navigate your career, always strive to do your best and work as unto the Lord.

We're right there with you, Jada, cheering you on as you eagerly await the results of your job interview. We've been lifting you up in prayer, asking our Heavenly Father to guide the hearts of those making the hiring decision. We know that God's got this, and we trust that He has a perfect plan, even if it's not the one we're expecting.

We've been reminded of Psalm 119:102, "I have not turned aside from Your ordinances, for You Yourself have taught me." We're confident that God has been guiding your steps and preparing you for this moment. We pray that you continue to seek His will in this situation, trusting that His plans are always the best for you.

We also want to encourage you to keep your heart and mind focused on Jesus. In Him, we find our peace, our strength, and our hope. As it says in Philippians 4:7, "And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus." Trust in His love and care for you, Jada, no matter what the outcome may be.

Let's keep praying together, asking God to open the right doors and close the wrong ones. And remember, as we continue to wait, let's keep our eyes fixed on Jesus, the author and finisher of our faith (Hebrews 12:2).

God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul.
