We join you in lifting up your daughter before the throne of grace, asking for God's guidance and favor upon her as she begins her interviews.
Firstly, we commend you for praying in the name of Jesus, as it is written: "Whatever you will ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. If you will ask anything in my name, I will do it." John 14:13-14 WEB.
Let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You, lifting up our sister in Christ and her daughter. Lord, You know the plans You have for her, plans to prosper her and not to harm her, plans to give her hope and a future. Jeremiah 29:11 WEB.
Lord Jesus, we ask that You enlighten her daughter's mind and heart as she prepares for her interviews. Grant her the confidence that comes from You, not from the world. Help her to trust in You, for You are her strength and her shield. Psalm 28:7 WEB.
Holy Spirit, transform her nervousness into a quiet confidence. Guide her thoughts, her words, and her actions. Give her the wisdom to respond to each question with discernment and insight.
Father, we ask that You open the right doors for her, doors that no one can shut. Guide her to the job that You have prepared for her, a job that will use her gifts and talents for Your glory.
We also pray for her parents, that they may trust in Your provision and sovereignty, that they may not be anxious about tomorrow, for tomorrow will be anxious for itself. Sufficient for the day is its own evil. Matthew 6:34 WEB.
Father, we pray all this in the powerful name of Jesus Christ and we thank You for giving our sister her daily bread with generosity. And not bring us into temptation, but deliver us from the evil one. For yours is the Kingdom, the power, and the glory forever. Amen. Matthew 6:9-13 WEB.
We encourage you to continue to trust in God's perfect plan for your daughter's life.
"For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says Yahweh, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you hope and a future." Jeremiah 29:11 WEB
"Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and petitions with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus." Philippians 4:6-7 WEB.
