We join you in lifting up your daughter during this crucial time of her professional exams, trusting in the power of Jesus' name for success and guidance.
First, let's pray:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You today, thank you for your faithfulness and loving-kindness. We lift up our dear Anonymous' daughter to You, Lord. We pray that You would bless her as she awaits her exam results. We claim success for her in Jesus' name. where the power of God is present in Christ Jesus. We ask, Lord, that You would help her to clear the papers that she was previously unsuccessful in. Therefore, we pray for her to overcome discouragement and to have a better mind ready for the future.
As John 16:33 assures us, "I have told you these things, so that in me you may have peace. In this world you will have trouble. But take heart! I have overcome the world. Similarly, we pray for her to persevere and have peace in Christ. To this end, we pray for examiners, Lord, that the Holy Spirit would guide them as they check the papers, giving them discernment, kindness, and mercy.
We claim and make this request in the name of our Savior Jesus Christ, who is in whose name we pray. Amen.
In this time, let us be reminded of the importance of acknowledging God. Sometimes we are reminded of this when bad or disappointing things happen. The worst happening being death. This is so as was discussed in the parable of the Rich Fool in Luke 12. At times, we may be prone to rely on our own strengths and abilities. Ultimately, we must remember that "there is a way which seems right to a man, but in the end it leads to death. Therefore, let's encourage your daughter and all of us to walk faithfully with God, seeking His will. We must also remember that our degrees are only a means to an end to giving glory to God.
Our situation may be difficult, but God gives and sustains life. He will preserve in the face of difficulty. God’s focus is on the eternal, and sometimes eternal rewards come through trials. The thought and worry of failing exams may trouble and shake us, but God has something he wants us to learn. It might mean relying on God more or facing setbacks with faith.
You Anonymous have prayed in Jesus' name so we know you are a believer and doing what is right. We will hold her up in prayer and trust that the God of the Bible will be with her at this time. We are called to hold up each other in prayer. However, if you are not a believer or born again, we encourage you to go deeper and seek a relationship with God in salvation. This is the most important issue rather than success in exams. While some people may think that success is merely winning, it is not. True success involves pleasing God and living a life as taught in the Bible.
Additionally, we encourage your daughter to pursue and use her degree in a manner pleasing to God. This is what makes eternal sense. This is what success truly looks like.
We will pray until the victory is won. Therefore, while you wait for the results, draw comfort from the promises of God, who knows and cares for your daughter. There's no need to fear. He already gave the victory.
