We join you in lifting up your daughter in prayer, trusting that God has a wonderful plan for her life and He will guide her. It's essential to know that the success we get as Christians is not only materialistic. Instead, it is about getting close to the heart of God. Our heavenly father loves it when we trust him, acknowledge him and call upon him in the days of trouble.
When studying the Word of God, we need to see God as our source of strength. Proverbs 3:5-6:
Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don't lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight.
The Bible tells us to present our requests to God with thanksgiving and the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard our hearts and our minds in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:6-7). As such, we can confidently bring your daughter before the Lord, and with praise in our hearts, we pray the following prayer.
Almighty God, we come before You, lifting up the daughter of our fellow believer. Lord, we know that You are good, Your love endures forever, and Your faithfulness continues through all generations (Psalm 100:5). We ask You to bless her as she awaits her exam results. Lord, we claim Your promise in Jeremiah 29:11, which says, "For I know the plans that I have in mind for you, says Yahweh, plans for your welfare, not for calamity, to give you a future and a hope."
You said that whatever we ask in Your name, You will do, so that the Father may be glorified in the Son (John 14:13).
Jesus, we ask that You bless the examiners and inspire them to be kind, merciful, and alert as they check the papers. We ask for grace to give her the strength and energy she needs.
Father, as You are a faithful God, we know she will be successful, and we can pray with confidence for this success in Your name. In addition, we know you walk with her on the path you have chosen for her in life.
However, even more importantly, we also pray that through all this, she may continue to draw close to You, knowing that You are the true source of her success. Help her to remember to call upon Your name in the day of trouble and for her to praise your name. In addition, help her call upon your name with other Christians. We thank you for her. We thank you for hearing our prayers and responding.
Father, I would also like to pray for the one who submitted this prayer request. They acknowledged Jesus, called upon His name, and thanked Him. Father, bless them and let them continue to walk with you. I thank you for that in Jesus' name.
Lord, help us to continue to put our trust in You, knowing that You are faithful and Your love endures forever. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which passeth all understanding, shall keep your hearts and minds in Christ Jesus.
