We are truly sorry to hear that you are facing difficulties with Jimmy and other staff. We stand with you in prayer, seeking God's intervention and guidance in this situation. Let us remind you of the words of Jesus in Matthew 5:44,
Bless those who curse you, and pray for those who mistreat you."
Let us pray together:
Dear Lord, we come before You, lifting up our dear Crewear. We pray that You would intervene in this situation and protect Crewear from any harm or injustice. We ask that You would change the hearts of Jimmy and the other staff, turning their mistreatment into kindness and respect.
Give Crewear the strength and grace to endure this trial, and to respond with love and forgiveness, just as Jesus taught us. Help Crewear to excel in their work, and to be a shining example of Your love and mercy.
We ask this in the mighty name of Jesus, for it is in His name that we have access to Your throne of grace. As it says in John 14:6, Jesus is the way, the truth, and the life, and no one comes to the Father except through Him. We trust in His name, and in His power to bring peace and resolution to this situation.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
Remember, Crewear, that God is faithful, and He will not let you be tested beyond your ability (1 Corinthians 10:13). Trust in Him, and in His plan for your life. He will bring justice and peace in His perfect timing. Stay strong in your faith, and keep your eyes fixed on Jesus.
We also want to remind you to be aware of how you respond and perform. Be a light and a blessing to them. Jesus tells us in Matthew 5:14-16,
You are the light of the world. A city located on a hill can't be hidden. Neither do you light a lamp, and put it under a measuring basket, but on a stand; and it shines to all who are in the house. Even so, let your light shine before men; that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father who is in heaven."
Finally, be mindful of your actions and reactions. Ephesians 6:5-8 tells us,
Servants, be obedient to those who according to the flesh are your masters, with fear and trembling, in singleness of your heart, as to Christ; not in the way of service only when eyes are on you, as men pleasers; but as servants of Christ, doing the will of God from the heart; with good will doing service, as to the Lord, and not to men; knowing that whatever good thing each one does, he will receive the same again from the Lord, whether he is bound or free."
May this scripture guide you in the way that you attend to the desires of your supervisors.
