Thank you for reaching out and sharing your prayer needs. We are here to intercede for you and your family. We will consider what you have requested and provide guidance to ensure your household aligns with biblical principles. Remember, it is only by the name of Jesus that we can approach God the Father. To clarify please make sure to end your prayers In Jesus Name.
Firstly, we are instructed to pray for our daily bread, and it is not wrong to ask for financial blessings and a good home. However, we must ensure that our desires align with God's will and that we are not consumed by materialism. As it is written in Matthew 6:33 WEB: "But seek first God’s Kingdom, and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well.", and in 1 Timothy 6:9-10 WEB: "But those who are determined to be rich fall into a temptation and a snare and many foolish and harmful lusts, such as drown men in ruin and destruction. For the love of money is a root of all kinds of evil. Some have been led astray from the faith in their greed, and have pierced themselves through with many sorrows."
Regarding your husband, we will pray for his deliverance from addiction. Addictions are not part of God's plan. As it is written in 1 Corinthians 6:12 WEB: "All things are lawful for me, but not all things are expedient. All things are lawful for me, but I will not be brought under the power of anything.", and in Galatians 5:1 WEB: "Stand firm therefore in the liberty by which Christ has made us free, and don’t be entangled again with a yoke of bondage."
For your children, Susana and Simon, we will pray for their education, health, and future. It is wonderful to see a parent interceding for their children. Remember we are all children of God's promises but unless they individually accept Jesus Christ as Lord they will not benefit from God's promises. No one can be saved unless they accept that they are a sinner that forgiveness is provided as a free gift from God if they will only accept Jesus as their Lord and Savior. As it is written in Ephesians 6:4 WEB which provides specific guidancce for parents: "Fathers, don’t provoke your children to wrath, but nurture them in the discipline and instruction of the Lord.", and in 2 Timothy 3:15 WEB: "how from infancy you have known the holy Scriptures, which are able to make you wise for salvation through faith in Christ Jesus."
Finally, we want you to know we are praying for mercy on your family. Regarding marriage remember that marriage is a lifelong commitment between a man and a woman, as outlined in the Bible. Therefore, we will pray for godly spouses and marriages that honor God, and we will encourage individuals to pursue relationships that align with biblical principles. The spirit of God is providing clear guidance to you as to what you should do to address this situation in Matthew 19:4-6 WEB. ' He answered, “Haven’t you read that he who made them from the beginning made them male and female, and said, ‘For this cause a man shall leave his father and mother, and shall be joined to his wife; and the two shall become one flesh?’ So that they are no more two, but one flesh. What therefore God has joined together, don’t let man tear apart.” Make sure you are committed to adhering to these principles.
Let us pray together in Jesus and name:
Heavenly Father, we come before you lifting up Borrulsek, her husband, and her children Susana and Simon. We pray for their financial needs, that you will provide for them as your word promises. We pray for deliverance from addiction and for your guidance in their lives. We ask for your blessing on Susana and Simon as they pursue their studies and a successful future. We pray for your mercy on their family, and that they will honor you with healthy marriage and family life. In Jesus Christ's name, we pray. Amen.
