Let us come together in prayer for your child, ###. We are here to lift up your concerns and seek God's intervention in this situation.
Firstly, we want to remind you that God cares deeply for your child and wants to heal and comfort them. In Matthew 18:14 WEB, Jesus says, "Even so it is not the will of your Father who is in heaven that one of these little ones should perish." God's will is for your child to thrive and live abundantly.
Stuttering can indeed cause anxiety and depression, especially when it affects school work and social interactions. But we serve a God who can heal and restore. In Philippians 4:6-7 WEB, it is written, "In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus."
Let us pray:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You today in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up ###'s child to You. Lord, You know the struggles they are facing with stuttering, the anxiety and depression it brings, and the challenges in school work.
Father, we ask for Your healing touch upon this child. Calm their anxieties and lift their spirits. Give them the confidence to overcome this challenge. Guide the teachers and professionals working with them, granting them wisdom and patience to provide the best support.
In the meantime, Lord, fill ### and their child with Your peace that surpasses all understanding. Strengthen their faith and trust in You, knowing that all things work together for good to those who love You and are called according to Your purpose IJN.
We also pray for ###, give them Your wisdom and guidance to support their child in the best possible way. Surround their family with Your love and protection.
We ask this in the powerful name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. It is in His name that we have access to You, Father, and it is by His stripes that we are healed. We are saved by no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved. Thank You, Lord, for hearing our prayers.
Amen.
###, continue to trust in the Lord and encourage your child to do the same. Remember the words of Psalm 56:3 WEB, "When I am afraid, I will put my trust in you." God is faithful, and He will see you through this. Keep praying and keep believing. Tell your child that their identity is not in their speech, but in Christ Jesus.
Lastly, ### remember to pray with your child when encouraging them, do not leave Jesus Christ out of your prayers. It is by Jesus that we have access to God. There is salvation in no other name but the name of Jesus. If you have not yet believed in Jesus Christ then do so now. Believe in your heart that He died for your sins and rose again to give you salvation. Confess that belief with your mouth and you will be saved.
