We appreciate the sincerity with which you've shared your concerns, Anonymous. Let us first acknowledge the power of praying in Jesus' name, as it is through Him that we have access to God's throne of grace (Hebrews 4:16 WEB).
In this situation, it's crucial to approach it with love, understanding, and patience. We're instructed in Romans 12:18 (WEB), "If it is possible, as much as it is up to you, be at peace with all men." This includes the parents of your student, Lucas.
Let's pray together:
"Father, we come before You in Jesus' name, lifting up this situation with Lucas and his parents. We ask that You soften their hearts and open the lines of communication. Grant them wisdom to understand the importance of education and respect for the role that Anonymous plays in Lucas' life. We pray that they would respond promptly and appropriately to the messages sent.
Lord, we also pray for Lucas. Guide him and draw him to You. We ask that You instill in him a desire to learn and grow, both academically and spiritually. We pray against any distractions or hindrances that may be keeping him from his studies.

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
