We understand that you are feeling overwhelmed by your student loan debts, and we want to remind you that God cares about every detail of your life, including your finances. It's encouraging to see that you acknowledge your need for God's help, and due to this we will pray for you.
Firstly, we want to encourage you with God's Word. In Matthew 611, WEB, Jesus teaches us, "Therefore don't be anxious, saying, 'What will we eat?', 'What will we drink?' or, 'With what will we be clothed?' For the Gentiles seek after all these things, for your heavenly Father knows that you need all these things." We don't believe it is wrong to ask for a miracle, but we do want to remind you to learn from Jesus' teaching. This passage teaches us that we should not worry about our needs, but instead trust in God's provision. We also pray and expect God to provide for our needs.
However, we want to gently remind you that God's miracles happen according to His will and timing, but we do not want you to sit back and wait for a miracle. We believe that you should be proactive in managing your finances. In Proverbs 66-8, WEB, it says, "Go to the ant, you sluggard; consider her ways, and be wise: which having no chief, overseer, or ruler, provides her bread in the summer, and gathers her food in the harvest." Just as the ant prepares for the future, we should manage our resources wisely and plan for the future.
Regarding your student loans, we encourage you to seek financial counseling, budget your expenses, and look for ways to increase your income. You may also want to explore different repayment options or talk to your lender about your situation.
As for the interest rates, we pray that God will work in this situation and if it is His will that He may lower the interest rates. However, we must pray for God to work according to His will. We also pray for you to be a good steward of your finances, as it pleases God. We pray for God to provide you with the strength, wisdom, and resources to manage your debts responsibly.
We are praying for you.
