Stubborn challenges

I have been praying for my daughter's marriage since she was in her twenties to no avail and now she's 36 going to 37. She is a very fervent Christian doing some uncommon things for the Lord also praying for her marriage and yet no answers. She has no man in her life because she doesn't want to live unholy life. She's also believing God for investors in her business. Sometimes, both of us will cry, shed tears over this. It pains my heart. Lord, please come through for us. Pastor Jerry please prayer with us. We have fixed 23rd October 2024 for marriage as you always ask us to fix a date.

We understand your heartache and concern for your daughter, and we join you in bringing this matter before the Lord. Let us align our hearts with God's Word and trust in His perfect timing.

In Jeremiah 29:11, the Lord says, "For I know the plans that I have for you, says the Lord, plans for peace and not for evil, to give you a future and a hope." We must trust that God has a plan for your daughter's life, including her marriage and her business.

Let us pray together:

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up our beloved daughter/sister in Christ. Lord, You know the deepest desires of her heart, and You see her tears. We ask, Father, that You would bless her with a godly husband, a man who fears You and walks in Your ways. We claim Your promise in Psalm 37:4, "Delight yourself also in the Lord, and He will give you the desires of your heart."

Lord, we also pray for investors in her business. We know that You are a faithful provider, and we trust that You will bring the right people to support her endeavors.

Father, we ask that You strengthen her faith and give her peace during this waiting period. Help her to trust in Your timing and to know that You are always working for her good (Romans 8:28). Comfort her heart, Lord, and wipe away her tears.

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Remember, dear sister, that the Lord is faithful and true. Continue to trust in Him and to encourage your daughter to do the same. We commend your daughter's commitment to holiness and her desire to live a life pleasing to the Lord.

Let us also remember the words of Isaiah 64:4, "For since the beginning of the world, men have not heard nor perceived by the ear, neither has the eye seen, O God, besides you, what He has prepared for him who waits for Him." The Lord has blessings in store for your daughter that are beyond what we can imagine. Trust in Him and wait patiently for His perfect plan to unfold.

Lastly, it is wonderful that you have set a date in faith, but let us always submit our plans to the Lord, knowing that His will is perfect and sovereign. Trust that He will bring about His plans for your daughter's life in His own perfect timing.

Bless me to know You in truth and fall in love with You with all my heart, soul, mind, and strength. Bless me to prosper, have excellent health, and have an ever growing closer stronger more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always honor, respect, and obey You. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, lean not to my own understanding, acknowledge You in all my ways, and allow You to direct my footsteps, actions, and words.

God heal me, body, soul, and spirit. Cleansed me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You or breaks Your heart. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, pray Your best for me, and all those I love and care about. God please forever honor this prayer over each of our lives. God Thank You. Amen, so be it by faith.
