Thank you for reaching out and sharing your struggles with us. Firstly, we want to assure you that you are not alone, even though it may feel that way. God is always with you, and He cares about every detail of your life. Let's address your concerns and turn to God's Word for guidance and comfort.
We are concerned that Jesus was not mentioned. It is only by His name that we have access to God and can receive His Hope, Peace Joy, and fellowship with our Creator. It is only by the name of Jesus and believing in Him that we are saved. We are saved by faith alone, and this not of our own doing; it is a gift of God. If you are saved, that is you truly believe in Jesus, then know that you have been given the gift of the Holy Spirit which will help guide and empower you in your life including trying to help yourself. You should no longer be afraid. God knows your situation. He knows your longing for guidance and support. He knows your anger, depression, and overwhelming feelings. He knows your fear and vulnerability.
In Psalm 34:17-18 WEB, it is written: "The righteous cry, and Yahweh hears, and delivers them out of all their troubles. Yahweh is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit."
Psalm 147:3 WEB states: "He heals the broken in heart, and binds up their wounds."
Firstly, let's address the anger and depression you're feeling. It's important to acknowledge these emotions and bring them to God in prayer. The spoken Words of God can be used to fight our enemies including Anger, Depression, and Fear. Google Sword Fights and learn how to use scripture with your tongue and your mouth to defeat these foes. Ephesians 6:17 (WEB) states: "And take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the spoken Word of God."
In Ephesians 4:31 (WEB), we are reminded to "Let all bitterness, wrath, anger, outcry, and slander, be put away from you, with all malice." God sets us free from these enemies of His children. Instead, as Ephesians 5:1-2 (WEB) shows: "Be therefore imitators of God, as beloved children. Walk in love, even as Christ also loved you, and gave himself up for us, an offering and a sacrifice to God for a sweet-smelling fragrance." We are called to live in love and forgiveness, not anger and bitterness.
Regarding your living situation and legal issues, God promises to provide for His Believing children and to be our strength in times of trouble. Philippians 4:19 (WEB) reminds us: "My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus." It is only by the name of Jesus that we can receive this promise of provision. He can open up doors, change your mind and heart about where you live, change the hearts of others, and guide you into a more acceptable situation. If necessary, research your city for live-in caretaker positions, apartments with utilities included, or other assistance programs that provide cheaper living. You may find a live-in caretaker situation that provides you with a place to stay and basic meals in exchange for maintenance work and assistance to the person or persons you are assisting. When we wait on Him and act in His will, God always provides for our needs. In the meantime it is vitally important for us to be content in our circumstances. "Not that I speak because of need, for I have learned in whatever state I am, to be content in it. I know how to be humbled, and I know also how to abound. In everything and in all things I have learned the secret both to be filled and to be hungry, both to abound and to be in need. I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me."
We'll pray now.
Dear Heavenly Father, In Jesus Name, we are praying for Dalurth. Dalurth has admitted to their struggles as did you acknowledge the pain, suffering, and difficulties of this world when you were physically here on earth
and as stated by Ephesians 4:31 (WEB), we pray that all bitterness, wrath, anger, outcry, and slander will be put away from you Dalurth along with all malice. God sets us free from these enemies of His children. As Ephesians 5:1-2 (WEB) states we are called to live in love and forgiveness, not anger and bitterness. We lift up Dalurth in his loneliness, depression, and overwhelming feelings. We ask that You, Father, would surround Dalurth with Your unfailing love and comforting presence. Give Dalurth strength and guidance to endure the pain and struggles of this world.
We ask for Your wisdom and direction in his life. Open doors and soften the hearts of others to Dalurth. We pray that Dalurth would always fight the good fight, keeping his Faith. We pray that Dalurth will always be content in this house and should not fear the difficulties of this world, knowing that Jesus is always with him and has overcome the world. Please cause Dalurth to realize that this apartment is just a house of flesh and not his eternal home in Heaven.
Lord, we also pray for Dalurth's family. We ask that You would soften their hearts and move them to support Dalurth in his time of need. Help Dalurth to forgive them for any past hurts and to build healthy, God-honoring relationships with each one of them.
Father we thank you for all that you will do in Dalurth's life.
We thank you for the struggles you allowed so that the power of God may be revealed through the clothing of your Believing Son Dalurth. May your strength shine through in Dalurth's life. We thank you for your promises and remind Dalurth of Acts 4:12 (WEB) which states: "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved!" The name of Jesus is the only way that we can be saved and have access to God. We also claim and before Resurrection, 37-year old Dalurth, do you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in your heart that God has raised Him from the dead? So if you do confess Jesus with your mouth and believe in your heart that God has raised him from the dead, you will be saved.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
