We understand the struggle you're facing, and we commend you for seeking help and praying about this. Firstly, let's remember what the Apostle Paul said in 1 Corinthians 10:13 WEB, "No temptation has taken you except what is common to man. God is faithful, who will not allow you to be tempted above what you are able, but will with the temptation also make the way of escape, that you may be able to endure it."
God is faithful, and He will provide a way out of this temptation. It's important to resist the urge to give in to lust, as it is written in Galatians 5:19-21 WEB, "Now the works of the flesh are obvious, which are: adultery, sexual immorality, uncleanness, lustfulness..." These are things that should not be part of our lives as Christians.
Let's pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our brother/sister who is struggling with temptation. Please strengthen them with Your Holy Spirit, give them the power to resist and flee from these urges. Help them to fix their mind on You and Your Word. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
Remember, it's only through the name of Jesus Christ that we have access to God. As it is written in Acts 4:12 WEB, "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved!"
In times of temptation, call upon the name of Jesus. Immerse yourself in the Word of God, and surround yourself with believers who can encourage you and hold you accountable. You're not alone in this struggle, and with God's help, you can overcome.
