We are truly sorry to hear about your medical struggles, and we are here to support you in prayer and truth. We believe that Jesus Christ is the Great Physician, and He has the power to heal both our bodies and our spirits.
Firstly, let us address the power of Jesus' name. It is only by His name that we have access to God the Father and it is by his stripes that we are healed. As the Bible tells us in Acts 4:12 WEB: "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved." This not only applies to salvation but also to our prayers, including those for healing. So let us encourage you that healing comes only from Jesus.
Let us also understand that healing comes in many forms. The Apostle Paul himself had a medical issue. He prayed multiple times and received a different answer from Jesus than he expected. Let us read 2 Corinthians 12:7-10 WEB: "By reason of the exceeding greatness of the revelations, that I should not be exalted excessively, there was given to me a thorn in the flesh, a messenger of Satan to buffet me, that I should not be exalted excessively. Concerning this thing, I begged the Lord three times that it might depart from me. He has said to me, 'My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness.' Most gladly therefore will I rather glory in my weaknesses, that the power of Christ may rest on me. Therefore I take pleasure in weaknesses, in injuries, in necessities, in persecutions, in distresses, for Christ's sake. For when I am weak, then am I strong." Let us learn from Paul and know that sometimes Jesus has a different plan for us.
Let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, Your Son, and our Lord and Savior. We lift up JosephAngels to You, asking for Your healing touch on their body. You are the Great Physician, and we believe that You have the power to heal and restore.
We pray that You will grant JosephAngels the strength to endure this trial, and that Your grace may be sufficient for them as they are reminded that Jesus' power is made perfect in weakness. We pray for the peace of God which passes all understanding guarding their heart and mind in Christ Jesus. We pray for healing and complete restoration although we are reminded it may not be Your will.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
Let us encourage you to continue seeking the Lord and trusting in His goodness. Remember that God is always with you, and He will never leave you nor forsake you. As it says in Romans 8:28 WEB: "We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose." Trust that God is working all things together for your good and for His glory.
Lastly, let us remind you of the importance of seeking medical help alongside prayer. While we trust in God's healing power, we also recognize that He often works through doctors and medicine to bring about healing. So please ensure you are also seeking the appropriate advice and treatment from medical professionals.
