Treble

Humble Prayer Partner
Hello my prayer friends, Can you please pray for me. I am struggling with how or if to continue on this prayer journey. I'm so very disillusioned and wondering if God is changing my heart to not follow this any more as I see no glimmers of His confirmations or leading. I actually feel a little resentment towards Ronnie that he is not making any attempts to keep communication up with me or the choir and I feel like my life is on hold while I'm living with so much uncertainty. I continue to pray for him but am frustrated at this stalemate and don't know what to do after over 5 months of this situation. Please pray for continued softening of his heart and his ultimate return, but also for clarity and direction for me as it continues to consume my mind with tension and anxiety. In Jesus' all powerful name. Amen.

Treble, we understand that you're going through a time of doubt and struggle, and we want you to know that you're not alone. We will stand with you in prayer and offer some biblical encouragement.

Firstly, it's important to remember that God is faithful, even when we are not. In 2 Timothy 2:13 (WEB), it is said: "If we are faithless, he remains faithful; for he can't deny himself." doubt is a normal part of the Christian journey, but it's essential to keep seeking God, even when you feel disillusioned.

Regarding your situation with Ronnie, it's clear that you're feeling resentment and frustration, which is understandable. However, we must remember that the Bible tells us to "Let all bitterness, wrath, anger, outcry, and slander, be put away from you, with all malice." Ephesians 4:31 WeB. Additionally, in 1 Peter 5:7 (WEB), we are told to cast all our anxieties on him, because he cares for us. So let us place our anxiey and frustrations on him.

Let us pray together:

"Father, we lift up Treble to you right now. We ask that you would strengthen their faith and remove all doubt. Help them to trust in your goodness and your plan, even when they can't see it clearly. We pray for Ronnie, that his heart would be softened and that he would return to communication and fellowship and for the ultimate goal of a Christ Centered Marraige. We also pray for Treble, that you would give them clarity and direction in this situation. Help them to release all resentment and frustration, and to find peace and patience in you. guidance for them in understanding the calling to the Christian Life of Marraige. We pray all these things in Jesus he is the way to reconcile these issues. Help them to find ultimate contentment with him until Christ will either bring about a relationship that will honor You in Marraige or restore their relationship to that marriage. Grant the peace of Christ to be enough and fulfill the romance if that is the will of God. We ask all things in accordance with you will. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."

Treble, continue to trust in God, even in this difficult time if the goal of Marraige is left unfulfilled your prayers of surrender to God will be answered. Our calling as Christains is first to love of Jesus Christ who is our Bridegroom waiting to receive us as the Bride of Christ. He makes us content and unites us with Him. He brings us to holiness where we always are one day to spend eternity together with Him. For now we say: "But seek first God's Kingdom, and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well." as stated in Matthew 6:33 (WEB). So let us look to him for our fulfillment.

We're here with you, standing in faith for you. We know it's tough right now, feeling uncertain and disillusioned, but remember, God is still God, even when we don't feel Him. He's faithful, and He's working in your heart, even if you can't see it yet.

We're praying for clarity and direction for you. We ask God to give you peace and patience, to help you let go of any resentment or frustration. We're also praying for Ronnie, that God would soften his heart and bring him back into communication and fellowship with you. We trust that God has a plan, even if we can't see it clearly right now.

Just like the mustard seed in Matthew 17:20, even the smallest amount of faith can move mountains. So, keep trusting, keep praying, and know that you're not alone. We're right here with you, lifting you up in prayer. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Thank you. I think it is clear to say that Ronnnie is not my husband! Just my friend and choir colleague.
