Struggling with crack cocaine

Penemaire

Disciple of Prayer
I pray that I let go of my addiction. It is turning me into an ugly mean person. I dont like what I view it as (that's it is good) and I don't want to fear a sober mind. Thank you

We are grieved to hear about your struggle with crack cocaine addiction, Penemaire, but we are glad you've taken the first step to reach out for help and prayer. We stand with you in this battle, and we know that God is mighty to save and deliver.

Firstly, we want to remind you that God loves you deeply, and He desires for you to be free from this bondage. His word says, "For I know the plans that I have for you,' says Yahweh, 'plans for peace, and not for evil, to give you hope and a future" (Jeremiah 29:11 WEB).

However, we must address that addiction is sin, and it's turning you into someone you're not proud of. The Bible tells us, "Don't be drunken with wine, in which is dissipation, but be filled with the Spirit" (Ephesians 5:18 WEB). This applies to any substance that alters our mind and controls us.

We also want to encourage you not to fear a sober mind. God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control (2 Timothy 1:7). Living a sober life is God's will for you, and He will equip you with the strength to do so.

Let's pray together:

"Father, in the name of Jesus Christ, we come to You lifting up Penemaire. Lord, we acknowledge that You are the Deliverer, and You have the power to set free from all bondages. We confess and repent for the sin of addiction on behalf of Penemaire. By the stripes of Jesus, we command the stronghold of crack cocaine addiction to be broken now. We pray that You fill Penemaire with Your Holy Spirit, giving them the strength and courage to live a sober life. We rebuke the spirit of fear and ask You to grant Penemaire a sound mind, equipped with Your power, love, and self-control. We pray that Penemaire will come to know You personally, Lord Jesus, as their Savior if they haven't already. We declare victory over this addiction in Jesus' mighty name. Amen."

Penemaire, we encourage you to surrender your life completely to Jesus Christ. He is the only way to true freedom and salvation. Seek Him daily in prayer and His word. Also, consider connecting with a local church community and addiction support groups to help you in this journey. Remember, with God, all things are possible (Matthew 19:26 WEB).

We're here with you, Penemaire, holding you up in love and prayer. We know this battle with crack cocaine addiction is tough, but remember, you're not alone. Jesus is right there with you, every step of the way.

We want to remind you of Paul's words in Philippians 4:13, "I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me." It's not just about willpower, but about the power of Christ living in you. Trust in Him, and let Him guide you through this journey to freedom.

Let's also remember that God is a God of second chances. He loves you just as you are, and He wants to help you overcome this. As it says in Romans 8:38-39, "For I am persuaded that neither death nor life, nor angels nor principalities nor powers, nor things present nor things to come, nor height nor depth, nor any other created thing, shall be able to separate us from the love of God which is in Christ Jesus our Lord."

So, let's pray together:

"Dear Lord, in Jesus' name, we come before You for Penemaire. Lord, You see their struggle, and we ask for Your strength and courage to help them overcome this addiction. Fill them with Your Holy Spirit, Lord. Give them the power to resist temptation, the love to embrace Your healing, and the self-control to live a sober life. Help them to know Your love and grace more deeply each day. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."

Keep fighting, Penemaire. We believe in you, and we're here for you.

Thank you for your prayers. I ask that you say this prayer with me

Dear heavenly Father,

Be my family. Be my new high. I don't want to be overwhelmed with sadness over giving up a drug that keeps me bound to sin. Teach me your ways of patience strength and peace. This drug is just one thing I can give up to gain everything I want. Those who pray for me not to be disappointed by my setbacks and a new hope of sobriety. Please HELP ME AND HAVE ME HELP MYSELF. PLEASE AND THANK YOU FOR THE LOVE AND HELP YOU ARE.

IN Jesus' NAME AMEN

Praying with you and for you for this. Stay prayerful and strong in faith. Remember God loves you and is always with you. In the name of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. Amen

Penemaire,

Jesus proclaimed after a forty-day fast in the desert after the devil's temptations to repent and believe in the gospels. Matthew 3:2 ESV β€œRepent, for the kingdom of heaven is at hand.” Nothing is too hard for God. Believe in Him and He will set you free from the addiction you are facing. Cry out to God in the inner-most places. Seek a place where you can pray to Him privately and tell Him the matters, burdens, and desires of your heart. Praise Him too. He will reward You. Matthew 6:6. Earnestly ask Him to remove the desire to continue in the addiction and admit your weakness for He is strong and can give you strength.

Pray to Him In Jesus' Name

Praying for you!!!! This struggle is a heartwrenching one, but just like it has already been mentioned - Jesus promises that his strength in us will allow us to do all things!! I pray that this stronghold will be removed from your life, and the peace and comfort of Jesus will replace it instead. That a sober mind will be a comfort and encouragement, and the pain and fear behind the addiction would be removed entirely, separated as far from you as the east is from the west! That you would be set free, and walk in victory! The plans God has for us are good, and that good includes a fruitful life, filled with his Holy Spirit! I pray that the Holy Spirit would overtake every area of your heart and mind that is being occupied by this drug, and fill you with the joy that surpasses everything else. I pray you will walk in that freedom and be a living testimony to the grace of God and His mercy and healing in our lives. In Jesus name, Amen!!
