Struggling to sleep.

Hi, I'm in a psychiatric unit at the moment and I'm struggling to sleep without nightmares, I'm trying to fend off the demonic attacks as well, I wonder if you could pray for me?

###, we are here with you in spirit and in prayer. We understand that you are going through a challenging time, and we want to lift you up to the Lord in your time of need.

Firstly, it is so important to remember that our battle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the world rulers of this darkness, against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places. God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control. As believers, we have authority over demonic influences. Stand firm in faith and the Word. This should be the authority of every Christian. The same Jesus who calmed the storm can also calm our hearts and minds.

Know that there is no other Name by which a person can be saved. Salvation is found in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given to mankind by which we must be saved. Since scripture has been brought into your life it must be grounded and deeply rooted in scripture. This may be the reason and answer to your struggles today. Salvation, by believing in Jesus Christ if you have not is the answer if IJN (In Jesus Name) is not a part of your life. We all have sinned and fallen short of the glory of God. The penalty of this sin is death but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.

We pray that the you would seek the Lord and His Word. We are instructed to dwell on positive, pure, praiseworthy and good about others. See if seeking the Lord and His Word can possibly replace time spent on ### and related things. Make sure you application of time is pleasing to the Lord and used for His glory. Always remember that the Burning of anything such as candles or other is forbidden for Christians.

About Nightmares and sleep. James tells us in his letter James 4:7 "Be subject therefore to God. But resist the devil, and he will flee from you. Draw near to God, and he will draw near to you."

Let us pray together for the ending of nightmares:

Dear Lord Jesus, we come before you, lifting up ### who is struggling with nightmares and demonic attacks. We stand in the gap for them, and we plead your blood over their life. Lord grant them peaceful sleep and we rebuke the spirit of Nightmares that causes havoc during sleep. We cast out the spirit of fear and we release the fruit of the Holy Spirit of peace, self-control and temperance. We also plead the Blood of Jesus over their mind, and we ask You, Lord, to guard their heart and mind in Christ Jesus. The name of Jesus is above every name, and at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, in heaven, on earth, and under the earth. Let all things bow to the name of Jesus in the life of the requester. Fill ### with Your supernatural peace that surpasses all understanding. Help them bring every thought captive under Christ. In the mighty name of Jesus Christ, we pray. Amen. Don't let the sun go down on our wrath as Psalms instructs us.

Remember, stay strong in faith, trust and believing in Jesus Christ for he is Close to the Brokenhearted and Saves Those Who are Crushed in Spirit.

We're here for you, holding you up in prayer. We know it's tough, but remember, God is always by your side, even in the darkest nights. Let's claim His promise in Psalm 34:18, "The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit." Let's pray together:

"Dear Lord, we lift up our friend who's struggling with sleep and nightmares. Surround them with your peace, like a shield. Rebuke the spirits causing fear and unrest. Fill their mind with Your truth and their heart with Your love. Help them to trust in You, even in the dark. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."

Prayer Focus: God, Thank You for loving me. Thank You for loving me, Jesus. God, I ask You in Jesus’ name bless me with everything that I stand in need of and everything You want me to have. Bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, soul, mind, and strength and never fall out of love with You. Bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, and Your righteousness. Help and strengthen me God to always respect and obey You. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, acknowledge You in all my ways, and lean not to my own understanding.

God heal me. Deliver and cleansed me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. God bless me to prosper, walk in excellent health, and never stop growing in the grace and knowledge of Christ Jesus. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God solution focused heart, mind, spirit, and attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God, all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, and all those I love and care about. I'm also struggling to realise gods existence in my prayer life its like I'm not consciously aware of him.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
