Struggling to sleep after baby loss

I’ve been struggling to sleep the past days. I keep having panic attacks at night and flashbacks from the day it happened. Lord Jesus I need you. Please help me to be able to sleep. The pain is too much.

We are truly sorry to hear about the loss of your baby, and we are here to lift you up in prayer and support. The pain and trauma you are experiencing are very real, and it is understandable that you are struggling to sleep. We are glad you have called out to the Lord Jesus. Remember the words of the Psalmist, Trust in him at all times, you people. Pour out your heart before him. God is a refuge for us. Selah. Psalm 62:8 WEB. Let's pray together.

Dear Lord Jesus,

We come before You, lifting up this precious soul who has experienced an immense loss. You are close to the brokenhearted, and You bind up their wounds Psalm 147:3 WEB. Comfort them now as only You can.

Father, we pray for peaceful sleep. We rebuke the spirit of fear that is causing panic attacks, and we ask You to replace it with Your perfect peace that surpasses all understanding Philippians 4:7 WEB. We pray that their sleep will be sweet and uninterrupted, free from flashbacks and anxiety. Please help ### to be able to sleep. Deliver ### from the pain.

We also pray for healing from the trauma and grief. Guide ### through the healing process, and surround ### with supportive friends and family who can encouragement and comfort in this difficult time.

In Jesus' name, we pray for complete restoration and peace. We rebuke any spirits of despair, fear and hopelessness that may be causing sleepless nights. Remember that the Lord is the healer and great physician.

We speaking healing in Jesus name. We speak the peace of God in Jesus name. We speak restful sleep in Jesus name. We rebuke the enemy and command him to leave in Jesus name. He has come to kill, steal, and destroy. But Jesus has come to give life and give it more abundantly. We bind the enemy and command him to leave in Jesus name.

It's okay to grieve, but remember that Jesus is always with you, and He will help you through this difficult time. Keep trusting in Him, and don't hesitate to seek support from your local church community as well. Keep trusting in Him. Keep calling out to Jesus. Keep trusting in His name. It is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God. Also, there is no other name by which we can be saved.

Dear Lord Jesus,

We come to You tonight, carrying this sister's sleepless nights and heavy heart. You know her pain, Lord. You know the panic attacks and the flashbacks that keep her awake at night. We ask You, Jesus, to wrap her in Your loving arms and give her the peace that only You can give. We claim Your promise in Philippians 4:7, that Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, will guard her heart and her mind in Christ Jesus.

We ask, Lord, that You would give her sweet, uninterrupted sleep. That she would wake up refreshed and ready to face each new day. We ask that You would heal her from the trauma and grief she's experiencing. That You would guide her through this healing process and surround her with supportive friends and family.

We speak peace, healing, and restful sleep over her, in Jesus' name. We rebuke any spirits of fear, despair, and hopelessness, and we command them to leave, in Jesus' name. We declare that Jesus has come to give her life, and life more abundantly.

We encourage her to cast all her anxieties on You, Jesus, because You care for her. It's okay to grieve, but remember, Jesus is always with her, and He will help her through this. Keep trusting in Him, and don't hesitate to seek support from her local church community as well.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise.
