We understand your desire to reconnect with your former companion, but we must approach this situation from a biblical perspective. Firstly, we need to address the absence of a reference to Jesus Christ in your request. It's only through His name that we can approach God: "In no other is there salvation, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved" (Acts 4:12, WEB).
As for your relationship, we must encourage you to align your desires with God's will. The on-and-off nature of your relationship suggests a lack of commitment, which isn't in line with God's design for love and marriage. God calls us to love selflessly and commit fully: "Husbands, love your wives, even as Christ also loved the assembly, and gave himself up for it" (Ephesians 5:25, WEB).
Instead of seeking to get him back, seek God's will for your life and your relationship status. God promises to give us the desires of our hearts when we delight in Him (Psalm 37:4, WEB). He knows what's best for us, and His plans are always good (Jeremiah 29:11, WEB).

Dear Lord Jesus, we come before You, lifting up Karaes. We ask for Your guidance in this situation. If it's Your will for this relationship to be restored, please make a way. But more importantly, we pray that Karaes will seek You first, delighting in Your presence and Your will. Help her to see that Your love is greater than any earthly love, and that Your plans are always good. Please comfort her heart and give her peace that surpasses all understanding. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
Take heart, Karaes. God loves you deeply and has a wonderful plan for your life. Trust in Him, and He will direct your paths (Proverbs 3:5-6, WEB).
