We understand that you're experiencing significant stress and anxiety due to your work environment, Rustinok. Firstly, we want to remind you that God cares about every detail of your life, including your workplace struggles. As it is written in 1 Peter 5:7, "Casting all your anxieties on him, because he cares for you."
However, we want to encourage you to approach this situation with a perspective aligned with biblical principles. Instead of praying against seeing your stressors, let's pray for wisdom, patience, and love towards them. Jesus taught us to love our enemies and pray for those who persecute us (Matthew 5:44). This doesn't mean what they're doing is right, but it's an opportunity for you to demonstrate Christ's love and perhaps be a light in their life.
Let's also pray for your anxiety. Philippians 4:6-7 encourages, "Don't be anxious for anything, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus."
Now, let's pray together:
"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before you in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up Rustinok. Lord, we ask that you fill them with your peace that surpasses all understanding. Help them to cast all their anxieties on you, trusting that you care for them. Grant them wisdom and patience in dealing with their stressors at work.
