We empathize with your stress and worry, Seventh254. Remember, God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1 WEB). Let us pray for you and your family, and remind you of God's promises.
Firstly, be encouraged by the words of Philippians 4:6-7 (WEB), "In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus."
Let us pray:
*Dear Heavenly Father, we lift up Seventh254 and her family to you. Lord, you know the stress and worry she is facing, and we ask for your comfort and peace to fill her heart. We pray for provision, that you would meet their needs for school clothes, shoes, and transportation. We ask for your wisdom and guidance in managing the challenges with the car and the children's transportation to school. Lord, we also pray for healing for Seventh254's ankle and for your presence to be with her as she visits the doctor. We ask for your strength and grace to help her as she parents her children, and we pray that their father would rise to his responsibilities, or that you would provide another way. We ask all this in the precious name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.*
Regarding your children's father, remember that God calls fathers to bring up their children in the discipline and instruction of the Lord (Ephesians 6:4 WEB). It is not wrong to remind him of his responsibilities, but ultimately, trust God to provide and help even if others may not.
Lastly, we noticed that there was no mention of Jesus Christ in your request. It is only through Jesus that we have access to God, as it is written, "For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus" (1 Timothy 2:5 WEB). If you have not already, consider putting your trust in Jesus Christ, believing that He died for your sins and rose again, so that you can have eternal life and a personal relationship with God.
