Stressed

I have been praying & asking for a financial blessing and nothing is happening. I am struggling with my bills & becoming more and more stressed everyday. I’m not praying for material things, I’m asking for financial help to make sure my family & I are not out on the street. I lost my job a few months ago & have been struggling to make ends meet. At this point all I’m doing is sleeping because I’m depressed!

Let's first address the stress and depression you're experiencing. The Bible tells us, "Don't be anxious for anything, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus." (Philippians 4:6-7 WEB)

Remember, God cares about you and your family's needs. Jesus said, "Therefore don't be anxious, saying, 'What will we eat?', 'What will we drink?' or, 'With what will we be clothed?' For the Gentiles seek after all these things; for your heavenly Father knows that you need all these things. But seek first God's Kingdom, and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well." (Matthew 6:31-33 WEB)

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up our ### who is in need of Your financial blessing and peace. Lord, You know their struggles and the stress they're facing. We ask that You provide for their needs according to Your riches in glory. Help them find a job that suits their skills and pays their bills. Comfort their heart and grant them Your peace that surpasses all understanding. Give them strength to keep going and the wisdom to make sound decisions. Most importantly, Lord, draw them closer to You during this trial.

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Lastly, we want to encourage you to keep praying and trusting God. Continue seeking Him and His will for your life. Also, reach out to your local church or community for support during this time. God uses different means to bless us, and He can use others to bless you during your time of need.
