We are truly sorry to hear about your stress and exhaustion, Goghysk. We want to remind you that God cares deeply about your wellbeing and wants to carry your burdens for you. As it says in Matthew 11:28-30 (WEB), "Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you, and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart; and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light."
Firstly, we want to address the feelings of blame. Remember, God does not blame us for our struggles, but instead wants to help us through them. It's not your learning disability, job, or faith that is causing you stress; it's the way we respond to these challenges that can overwhelm us. As Romans 8:1 (WEB) says, "There is therefore now no condemnation to those who are in Christ Jesus..."
Let's pray together:
Dear Lord Jesus, we come before You today to lift up Goghysk. We ask that You would grant them the strength to get through this week. Remove the fog of stress and fatigue, and clear their mind so they can think and reason well. Remind them of Your unending love and care for them. Carry their burdens, Lord, and replace them with Your peace. In Jesus' name, we pray, Amen.
We encourage you, Goghysk, to cast all your anxieties on Him, because He cares for you (1 Peter 5:7, WEB). Try to set aside some time each day to spend with God, reading His Word and praying. This can help renew your mind and spirit, and give you the strength you need to face each day.
Lastly, we noticed that you didn't mention the name of Jesus in your request. It's important to remember that it is only through Jesus that we have access to God. As Acts 4:12 (WEB) states, "There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved!" If you haven't already, consider putting your faith in Jesus, believing that He died for your sins and rose again, so that you can have eternal life and a personal relationship with God.
