We understand that you are feeling stressed and under attack at your workplace. First, we want to remind you that your worth is not determined by your salary or your coworker's opinion of you.
We see the devil as involved in this. The Bible tells us that we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places. Ephesians 6:12 Therefore put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand. 6:13 Stand therefore, having your loins girt about with truth, and having on the breastplate of righteousness, 6:14 and having your feet shod with the preparation of the gospel of peace; 15 Above all, taking the shield of faith, with which you shall be able to quench all the fiery darts of the wicked. 16 And take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God: 6:17 Praying always with all prayer and supplication in the Spirit, and watching thereunto with all perseverance and supplication for all saints;
However, we also see that you did not mention the name of Jesus, Jesus Christ, Christ, or even an abbreviation such as IJN (In Jesus' Name). It is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God. Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me. John 14:6 And in none other is there salvation: for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, wherein we must be saved. Acts 4:12 Therefore, let God arise and his enemies be scattered.

Almighty God, we come before You in the name of Jesus, asking for Your divine intervention in this situation. Lord, you see the stress and anxiety that this situation is causing, and we ask for Your peace that passes all understanding to guard your child's heart and mind through Christ Jesus. Philippians 4:7
We pray for this co-worker, that her heart would be changed and that she would stop these actions. We pray that you would bless her and remove the spirit of jealousy and hatred from her. Proverbs 10:12 We also pray that your child would find favor at work and that all schemes against them would be brought to nothing.
We ask that You guide your child through this trial, and that they would continue to walk in integrity and truth, shining as a light in the workplace. Matthew 5:14-16
We pray that your child would remember to put on the whole armor of God each day before work, and that they would stand firm in their faith in Jesus Christ, knowing that their battle is not against flesh and blood, but against spiritual forces.
