Kirinurak, we understand your plea for strength, self-control, and protection. Let's bring your requests before the Lord, seeking His will in your life.
Firstly, we commend you for desiring self-control. It's a fruit of the Holy Spirit, as stated in Galatians 5:22-23 WEB, "But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faith, gentleness, and self-control. Against such things there is no law." Let's pray that the Holy Spirit fills you and strengthens you in this area.
We also recognize your concern about those around you being used by the enemy. Remember, Ephesians 6:12 WEB tells us, "For our wrestling is not against flesh and blood, but against the principalities, against the powers, against the world's rulers of the darkness of this age, and against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places." We'll pray for your discernment and protection in these spiritual battles.
Regarding your emotions, consider Psalm 147:3 WEB, "He heals the broken in heart, and binds up their wounds." We'll pray for God's healing and protection over your emotions.
You also asked for something good to happen today. Be encouraged by Romans 8:28 WEB, "We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose." Trust that God is working all things for your good.
Lastly, we'll pray for you to feel God's presence. As promised in Matthew 28:20 WEB, "Behold, I am with you always, even to the end of the age." Amen.

Protect them in the spiritual battles they face and help them discern the enemy's tactics. Heal and protect their emotions, and let them feel your constant presence.
