Strength and wisdom

Please pray over the people I love that they turn their life around and get to know our loving Creator. My friend who was raised as a JW is skeptical of what she believes. She finally came to church with me after inviting her numerous times, and I'm glad that she did. But she is feeling guilty. I pray that guiltiness will fade away from her mind. I pray that she and her boys come again this Sunday and pray the boys will like it and maybe go to youth group when the time comes. I enjoyed tonight's fellowship with the Women Bible group. Learning so much on the book of Titus. I pray that one day my friend will come join us. Praying for the Family Bible study tomorrow night that I get to go and fellowship with everyone including our pastor and his wife. Praying for wisdom that I get to learn more and more and may it be rooted in my heart so that I can get a better understanding of everything I'm learning and please help me to memorize all the Bible verses. Help me get better at my daily devotional study. Father, I ask you to please guide my kids near and far, may they be protected and safe from anyone who tries to influence them in any way. Thank you, Father, in prayer, I ask you this in Jesus' name, Amen.

We rejoice with you, ###, in your passion for the people you love and your desire for them to know our loving Creator. Let us pray together and seek God's will for these situations.

Firstly, we commend you for inviting your friend to church. It is our prayer that she encounters the true love of Christ and that the guilt she feels will be replaced by the peace that surpasses all understanding, as Philippians 4:7 tells us. We pray that she and her boys will indeed join you this Sunday, and that the boys will enjoy the fellowship and grow to love the youth group. We trust in the Lord's promise in Proverbs 22:6, "Train up a child in the way he should go, and when he is old he will not depart from it."

We are thrilled to hear about your fellowship with the Women's Bible group and your study of Titus. We pray that your friend will join you one day, and that she will come to know the truth that is only found in Jesus Christ. As Jesus said in John 14:6, "I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me."

We join you in praying for wisdom and understanding as you continue your Bible studies. May the words of 2 Timothy 3:16-17 be true for you, "Every Scripture is God-breathed and profitable for teaching, for reproof, for correction, and for instruction in righteousness, that the man of God may be complete, thoroughly equipped for every good work." We ask God to help you memorize and understand His word, and to grow stronger in your daily devotional study.

Finally, we lift up your children to the Lord. We ask that He guides them, protects them, and keeps them safe from negative influences, as you have requested. We stand on the promise of Isaiah 43:2, "When you pass through the waters, I will be with you; and through the rivers, they shall not overflow you. When you walk through the fire, you shall not be burned; neither shall the flame kindle on you."

In all these things, we pray that you and your loved ones will draw closer to Jesus Christ, for it is in His name that we have access to God. As Acts 4:12 reminds us, "There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved."

Let us pray:

Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You today to lift up ### and her loved ones. We ask that You turn the lives of those she cares about towards You, that they may know Your love and grace. We pray for her friend, that guilt will fade away, and that she and her boys will grow to love Your fellowship. We ask for wisdom and understanding for ### as she studies Your word, and we pray for protection and guidance for her children. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
