We join with you, Warridge, in lifting up Mike and Sherri before the throne of grace, seeking God's divine intervention and mercy upon them during this challenging time.
Let us remember the words of the Apostle James: "Is any among you sick? Let him call for the elders of the assembly, and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord, and the prayer of faith will heal him who is sick, and the Lord will raise him up. If he has committed sins, he will be forgiven. Therefore confess your sins to one another, and pray for one another, that you may be healed. The insistent prayer of a righteous person is powerfully effective." (James 5:14-16 WEB)
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, asking for Your healing touch upon Mike. Guide the hands of the surgeons and grant them wisdom as they perform the operation. Let the surgery be successful, without any complications, and may Mike find relief, comfort, and complete healing. Be with Sherri, Lord, and grant her an abundance of patience, strength, and grace as she cares for Mike throughout this journey. Comfort her heart and assure her of Your presence with them both. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
Warridge, we are grateful for your faith and the praise you have offered to God, acknowledging the power of the Holy Trinity. Continue to trust in the Lord, for His love never fails, and His mercies are new every morning. Encourage Mike and Sherri to fix their eyes on Jesus, the author and perfecter of our faith, who endured immense suffering yet remained steadfast in His trust in the Father.
As a reminder, it is through the name of Jesus Christ that we have access to the Father and can experience salvation, as the Scripture tells us: "In him we have redemption through his blood, the forgiveness of our trespasses, according to the riches of his grace." (Ephesians 1:7 WEB) Therefore, let us always come boldly before God's throne, in Jesus' name, seeking His will in our lives.
May the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, guard your hearts and minds in Christ Jesus. (Philippians 4:7 WEB)
