Strenght to continue on.

Sometimes in our life the way we feel and think comes from Jesus Himself. Elijah the prophet was full of depression and fear for his life. Inside a cave he ask God to take his life. He need help, he needed strenght to continue on living and serving God he loved so much.
God said to him...

You will drink from the brook. I have directed the ravens to supply you with food there.
I Kings 17.2

God sending blessings on those who are so weak and so alone in this world. So many times we speak between the lines that causes something inside of us to call on the Lord in time of need. The soft answer comes from heaven telling us. I am with you. I know what you are going through. I am the strenght you need.

I am your God, I will strenghten you, I will help you, I will uphold you with My hands.
Expect great things coming on to your life. Keep Gods wonderful promises close to your heart. Believe and trust His word. The truth will set us free.

Oh the glory of Your presence o Lord. We are the temple, You have created. Let me arise and give You all the glory, all the honor and all the praise. For You alone o Lord are worthy of all honor now and forever more.

Everyone of us needs strenght and direction for our life. Sometimes we are confused and disoriented. We do not know where to go or what to do. Stop and pray. Ask the Lord to show you what you are supposed to do and where to go. He will come to you and tell you what to do and where to go.

Adversi is a classoom in which we can learn more of Christ and become more like Him
GOod may allow us to face adversities for at least three reasons
1. To get our attention
2.To cause us to examine our walk with Him.
3.To bring up to a place where we will change negative behavior.
When things are going great we sometimes refuse to acknowledge God. But it is when we go through adversities or trials that we surrender ourselves to His control.It is then we remember that the eternal God is our refugee and underneath is His everlasting arms. (Deau.33v27) One important point to note is that the more adversities we face is the more effective our message will be to others. We are bound to have a greater impact on others when people watch us go through these things such as pains and sufferings still having our faith in tact.
Suffering is certainly the greatest stimulus to greater closeness to God God uses our suffering to minister to others. I like this song made popular by Lynda Randle.
